The property was filthy the sheets on the bed was dirty and smelly. And when I tried to take a shower the hot water didn’t work. I stayed for one night never again wanted to get a refund and sleep in the car it was so bad. But they where rude at the front desk her name was Caroline. They didn’t care at all don’t sleep here you’ll regret it. Hope this helps someone

The room was clean and comfortable ... the location was convenient ... it was reasonably priced.

I was traveling with my disabled dog, which I had put on my reservation. The other 3 hotels received the information, but Super 8 did not. When I arrived, they had me on a second floor room. They put me next to the stairs, to be easier on my dog, but the stairs were not level and he could not navigate them safely. (I had trouble a couple of times.) I had to use stairs on the opposite side of the building. Also, the hotel says "pet friendly" but the only place to take him for his business was along the highway, which is very unsafe, especially at night. Even at that, the space available was very small. The hotel has plenty of space to put in a pet relief area. The lady at the desk was very nice, though, and accommodated us as best she could. During the night, the hotel lost power. As a result, their breakfast offerings were limited. Cereal was available, but the only milk provided was a "community" gallon jug. It would have been better to have individual milk pints.

My complaint is with the refund of a pre-paid accommodation. Upon arrival no pool (seasonal) and no bath tub. Hotel staff said we had to contact Orbitz. Called Orbitz and they said give itinerary number to hotel staff to request refund. Hotel staff refused saying it's on Orbitz. I did locate non-refundable policy afterwards on Orbitz site but on a second screen. This policy should have been listed under the picture of Super 8 in neon lights. No one goes through every page! Totally unsatisfactory stay because we were forced into keeping the reservation! I am requesting a satisfactory refund!!!!!!

Being it was spur of the moment and I had no lights at home and it was pet friendly which is why I chose this motel, it was to bad for the price and for pet friendly.

It was clean could have used fixtures on the lights in bathroom.

The room was spacious. But they gave me a smoking room even though I had reserved a non smoking room.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone it was run down and just seriously gross! The only good thing was the friendly staff. Definitely not worth the money!!!

MY HUSBAND & I WENT TO WORK ON OUR NEW HOME, HOT SPRINGS WAS BOOKED AS USUAL, SO WE FIGURED WE WOULD STAY AT SUPER 8, SINCE WE HAD STAYED THERE BEFORE, BUT WE HAD NEVER EXPERIENCED A STAY LIKE THIS ONE. WE HAD TO REQUEST FOR THE ROOM TO BE CLEANED, IT NEVER WAS, I WAS GIVEN DIRTY TOWELS, NO SOAP, CUPS, COFFEE OR SHAMPOO. TRASH NOT EMPTIED, ROOM NOT FRESHENED UP.... VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE CLEANING STAFF.

Room was clean, needed alot of TLC, bed was very hard, pillows very thin, had to request extra pillow and blanket. For the price it was OK. Would not suggest family or friends stay there.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, decent breakfast, no complaints for the great price!

This place was fine to sleep, but not to hang around too much more. A bit run down, with nothing around. Much nicer places nearby. The breakfast was not very good - not fresh, and not many options.
