Check in was easy. Our room wasn’t what the pictures showed online. The ones I saw when booking our room were much nicer and made it look much roomier. The bed was big and comfy. The pillows were soft but a little smaller than I would have liked. There were a few hairs that weren’t ours under the pillows, which was pretty gross. The paint on the ceiling in the bedroom was flaking. That wasn’t a big deal though. The bathroom was the most disappointing part. The boards under the sink looked very worn and maybe a little rotten. The ceiling above the shower had been replaced but not repainted or textured yet. There were weird textured clumps too. Over the sink was the worst part. I made sure to include that in the pictures I took. There also wasn’t a lot of shampoo. They had one conditioning shampoo and a bar of soap for the shower. There wasn’t a vent either. On a positive note though, the floors in the bedroom were nice and so were the sheets. The sheets were silky and nice. The air and heat worked great, as did the tv. We stayed for breakfast and it was good! It wasn’t a big breakfast where they had eggs, bacon, and sausage and all the fixings, but they did have pancakes, toast, yogurt, coffee, and cereal.
Overall it was a okay place to stay. If I would have known the room conditions I would have gone somewhere else though. It just kept us warm and fed. If I didn’t have my husband with me I would have been scared by myself in that room. It was a tad on the sketchy side.
