La Quinta Inn & Suites Hot Springs

The hotel is clean and comfortable, I did have to hit the door to the room with my sholder to get it open which I am sure disturbed other guests in the room next door.

Nice hotel no issues at all. Staff was extremely professional. Couldn't have a compliant. A++++

We have never been to Hot Springs but took a short vacation there. Stayed at the LaQuinta. Nice convenient location to restaurants, stores, etc. Breakfast was very good and room, bed were comfortable.

In town for only one night visiting friends. But before we left home we knew it was gonna be a long night so we reserved a room. It's was great staying at the hotel.

Nice place for the price. The only complaint was the bathroom could have been wiped down better. Jacuzzi tub was excellent.

The Good: The hotel is a good value. There is definitely some room for improvement with the quality of the property, but it's a fairly nice place for the price. The location is great. The room was clean. Everything worked well in the room. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was free and fairly decent. The wi-fi was free and it worked. The fitness center was adequate. Parking is free and plentiful. The Bad: I didn't enjoy the very noisy kids in the room above me that were jumping off the beds during my stay, but that's not the hotel's fault. There is not a door for the rooms with the vending machines and ice machines, so the guestrooms near this location can get a lot of hallway noise from guests using these amenities. Also, the doors to the stairways at the ends of the hallways slam closed every time a person goes in or out. A few small rubber pad stoppers, or hydraulic door closers, could easily alleviate this major source of noise. Overall, it's a good value and an inexpensive lodging option.

Really good. The complimentary breakfast buffet is excellent. The location of the hotel keeps noise down to minamum.

I've had better luck at other La Quinta stays...this one was in dis-repair.The deadbolt on our door didn't work, and the side entrance had no latch...you didn't need the room key to enter from outside, bad security. Also,a Harley rally was in town and several riders stayed here. They were allowed to park in the drive-up in front, blocking it.We had to enter from the driveway at the hotel next door. Our room was on the ground floor,in front,so everytime they came or went,we woke up.Very loud.

The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. The furnishings are modern, and everything in the room was in good working order. I experienced some particularly noisy guests shouting and slamming doors, staying a few doors down from me; but that's not the hotel's fault. There was also some type of sewage problem that was being worked on outside of the hotel that made the exterior of the building smell like... um, well... sewage. I did not notice the odor inside, and hopefully it's only a temporary issue outside. I've stayed here several times, and I consider it to be an overall good value for a mid-level hotel choice.

Overall good room very clean would stay again and would recommend to others

Overall a nice hotel my only complaint really would be we had a problem with the tv remote called the front desk and they never showed besides watching the same channel for two days its a nice hotel.

Hotel was at a good location. It was close to several shopping malls. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was nothing spectacular, but ok.

My wife and I stayed there for two nights while looking at real estate in the area and got a good feel for the place. The bed and pillows were hard. The sink drain broken. Exhaust fan was really loud. The coffee and eggs at breakfast were both instant. Just average for the higher price we paid which coincided with racing season at Oaklawn. Fresh paint in the room but nothing special; as I said, pearls on a pig.

the hotel wasn't t bad, the price was a little high everything was near nothing seemed far away

Everything was good. Staff was very nice and helpful and the hotel itself was very nice. Great breakfast! The only complaint was the remote. It either was getting low on the batteries or it was the tv. Other than that, very pleased. Will definately stay at again !!

It was a comfortable stay, the bed was great. It was very clean, and the breakfast was very good. We would stay there again.

It was a great place to stay, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was great. I will stay there again in the future.

all good except bed to soft and no alternative to change for a fermer matress.thanks

The hotel was easy to find, clean, bed was comfy. The halls were relatively quiet. Shower was nice and towels were very nice. TV worked just fine and we were able to use the remote with just a bit of study. Could not see the time on the clock radio very well.

The rooms were clean. Nice place. Easy to find. Friendly staff.
