as always this hotel is a good value and a nice location. nothing over the top, but no negatives. will stay there again when needed.

This hotel has a nice view of the lake, close to town, and shopping. Breakfast leaves you wanting more, friendly staff

I requested a no smoking room. It had a bad smell of smoke. Ash trays were in the room. The comforter on the bed had stains on it ..Will not stay there again. Have Know started to take febreeze with me and an air fresher to place in not so fresh rooms

We were in town for a wedding. It was a nice quiet location, close to the mall and many restuarants. Staff was very friendly, and rooms were clean. We had a nice little balcony that we sat out on and watched the squirrals play, very relaxing get away for me and my husband!!

Although the place needs a little room updating, we loved the price and the view and the room was clean! We were in the upstairs room right behind and above the lobby and we had a FABULOUS view of Lake Hamilton. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great. Had ice cold orange juice (some hotels have barely cool out of dispensers) and a an assortment of continental fare-bagels, bananas, muffins, cereal, etc. If you want a perfect, gorgeous room go to the Baymont next door and pay twice as much. Me...I'll stay here again and use the money I saved to go shopping! :)

It was just a little more run down than the pictures show. Probably about right for the price we paid for the room. Never enough water pressure in the shower.

Property is under renovation but our room, which had been painted and had new carpet, had such a huge "bump" in the floor that we tripped on it every time we walked over it. Our bathroom seemed to be pretty clean but the woodwork was falling apart. Our son and daughter-in-law had boogers and who-knows-what stuck on their walls. There was a new toilet seat in their bathroom that didn't even fit the toilet. None of us went barefoot there. There are two ice machines on property; one wasn't working and the other was always empty. We all checked out early because of cleanliness and concerns for our safety. New owners have quite a way to go.

Overall good value for price and location.

We went to the Horse racing at Oaklawn park in Hot Springs and it's a beautiful small city.

our stay there was last minute trip, and we wasnt in the room much at all just to sleep, it was average and ordinary kind of get what you pay for. so no complaints there. However when we arrived to the place, front desk had no idea of reservations we had made so we had too wait for a while to check in and i was unsatisfied, because i was in a hurry and had plans. they need to work on that, seriously!

Hard to find at night. No ice-had to go to front desk each night for ice. First night had to wait 20 minutes for the hot water to take a shower( was just about ready to call for a different room ). When I was checking out the front desk clerk tried to charge me again after I had told her I had already paid for the room on line. Would not stay at this motel again!

The hotel location was near the lake, but there was no view. But, it was convenient to other places. The room was satisfactory with all the amenities we wanted. however, there was no remote control to the tv. We had to get up to change the channel. I would stay there again if on a budget.

WHEN WE FIRST ENTERED THE NO SMOKING ROOM WE NOTED A CIGAR BUTT IN AN ASHTRAY. WE HAD NO HOUSEKEEPING DURING THE TWO DAYS, NO BED MADE, NOW TOWELS ETC. WHEN I REQUESTED TOWELS I HAD TO WAIT UNTIL 10;30PM AMD WAS TOLD TO COME TO OFFICE TO GET THEM, THEY HAD NO WASHCLOTHS. SHEETS ON BED WERE SO WORN THAT THEY WOULD NOT STAY ON MATTRESS, WE SLEPT MOSTLY ON THE MATTRESS BOTH NIGHTS. ALSO THE COFFEE POT LEAKED SO WE GOT NO COFFEE BUT RATHER A MESS TO CLEAN UP.

At check in the clerk never smiled. The second day the maid took the towels and I had to go the office for replacements. The bed was made after 6:00 pm. We asked for a wakeup call and never received one. Other than the staff the hotel was in fair condition for it's age. The location was very good for us, next to the lake and very close to the hiway.

The Days Inn Hamilton Resort is located in a great area.It is only minutes away from shopping and dining. The hotel needs a little maintenance around the grounds and swimming pool area(a lot of spider webs). Upon first entering the room, it smelled like it had been closed up for a while.A trip to Wal-Mart for some Febreze took care of that.It has the potential to become a really great hotel.

This hotel was just okay. We had to stay in a smoking section which was not great. The room was pretty clean when we got there but the bathroom was not cleaned during our stay. (Fresh towels were left)

The hotel was in severe disrepair, I am still awaiting resolution for my many problems there which included, the card reader on my door being replaced twice after locking me out at night 4 times; the air conditioner temperature control knob spun free, so we either had full blast icebox, or not at all; blankets had burn holes in them - in a non-smoking room!; the tv cable had no connector end, so everytime we changed the tv angle, the cable fell out and we had to try to jam it back in; the hot tub didn't work; no lake access.. all in all, a total nightmare which I am still dealing with- Days Inn corporate is trying to allow the property franchisee to handle my case, but it's not looking good.

The Days Inn-Lake Hamilton was a pleasent surprise for me and my son. The location was great. The rooms were clean and the staff was very accomadating and friendly. I would not hesitate to stay at this property the next time I visit Hot Springs.I highly recommend this hotel.

The front door latch was ripped out and a piece of tin held the door closed from the inside you could lock it but I was worried that something would be stolen, which it wasn't the floor covering in the bathroom was torn but the rest of the room was good. I cant for the life of me find where any room anywhere in a motel hotel is worth over $100.00 so this price was good as far as I see it

Romm was nice and large and very clean. Somewhat far from the main area of town. Resturants were not very close.
