This was a great hotel for our weekend getaway to Hot Springs. Great location to go do everything we wanted while we were there. Short, easy drive to all the downtown attractions/bath houses/etc. Very clean and very friendly staff! Will definitely stay here again when we return to Hot Springs!

Clean and comfortable hotel. Good breakfast , great waffles. Very helpful staff

This was the third stay for us at this hotel. It is clean, comfortable, and the staff may be the most cordial and welcoming of any we have met. The breakfast choices are very nice and there is ample room to sit & eat. They provide anything you could reasonably need for a short stay.

Hot Springs is not know for great hotels, so this is a definite keeper, especially if its family travel.

The staff were excellent, the room was great and it was close to everything.

My wife and I decided on a last minute weekend getaway to Hot Springs, and as is her habit, she immediately started checking hotel ratings via the Internet. This Comfort Inn actually had the #1 rating and despite the #2 pick being over 25% cheaper and on a nearby lake, the interior and exterior photos of the Comfort Inn off Nash just seemed to appeal to us and we took a chance on it. The hotel's central location and being just off the main loop and thoroughfares made it a short trip to shopping, restaurants, the historic downtown areas as well as the large area lakes, but it was still situated in a nice quiet, tree lined location that was well kept inside and out. The rooms were tastefully done, clean and very comfortable, not to mention well maintained. No dirty, broken/quirky bathroom fixtures, peeling paint, etc which shows this hotel cares about the initial impression it makes but that it wants you to enjoy your stay and to keep you coming back. The included breakfast each morning was well stocked and had quite a variety of food and drink (eggs, sausage, automatic pancake griddle, etc along with various coffees, juices, teas, etc) and had a relaxing but spacious layout. The staff was very warm and friendly and offered many helpful suggestions, one of which saved us from spending unnecessary money on parking. My wife had looked forward to touring the Bath houses but unfortunately, they were down for remodeling so we ended up hiking up the large hill/small mountain to the observation tower along the well marked trails. If you want to enjoy the small trek, I encourage you to wear appropriate shoes as we saw a couple of female tourists dragging behind their male counterparts wearing fashionable and very uncomfortable flat soled out to dinner type shoes. The outlying Garvan Woodland Gardens weren't initially on our to do list but the gorgeous visit ended up being the highlight of our weekend, in addition to relaxing in the lovely well furnished roo. Short story long, despite being very careful spenders (aka pennypinchers lol), the experience and amenities were worth the extra money although some kind of coupons or discounts would be awesome from time to time. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Comfort Inn off Nash St and hope to return with friends in the Spring! Thanks guys!

Room had a yellow jacket flying around and a dead one in floor so staff moved us to different room upon request. Called on pool phone to front desk asking for towels and was told she was busy with customer. Forty five minutes later I finally gave up and walked up front to get towels for the seven plus people waiting. After drying off, returning to room she could be seen reading a gossip magazine. Could more staff help or more attentive staff? For the price difference I expected better.

The rooms were nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was a great start to every morning. The staff was excellent! They were very friendly and extremely helpful when it came to the local attractions and restaurants. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone! It was a great place to stay!

Great Hotel should not be a 2 star should at least be a 3. Great location and the cable channels are great!!!!!

Hotel was located within easy access to all Hot Springs had to offer. Would definitely use this hotel again. Very nice, large room and very affordable.

Excellent facility; rooms were big and easy to access. Breakfast was very good. Easy to get around HS from here.

The hotel was great. It was quiet and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. When [...] charged my credit card without permission, the staff worked with me and [...] to get the situation corrected. They handled our group of Girl Scouts and their families well. The breakfast staff worked very hard and kept the food replenished. Our stay was very pleasant.

Nice and helpful staff. central location, easy to access

The rooms are amazingly comfortable, beautiful and clean. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The beds were so comfortable that is was truly hard to get out of bed!! We will come back stay here time after time. Awesome experience in hospitality and services. Five stars all the way!

We had planned to visit in Hot Springs next week during the spring school break our original plan was to visit my aged mother and do some sightseeing. However, my mother passed away this week and we had to change plans. The staff was very helpful and allowed us to change with no charge. The location was perfect for the events that we needed to attend. My grandson tried out the indoor pool and said it was nice.

Our experience was great. The hotel is nice and new. It was very clean and decorated beautifully. It is conveniently located to shopping and to nice dining. We were in town for a concert at the Summit Arena.
