Some common areas were quite dirty and obviously hadn’t been cleaned in awhile (pool area bathroom and the workout room both had spider webs and dead bugs). Workout equipment was broken and about half of it unusable. Beds were terribly uncomfortable.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We were under a tornado warning so I did inquire of protocol. Apparently it was in the lobby there (she pointed to breakfast area) which was a wall of windows. They may need better training. TV remote needed batteries, but tv options were fine. Close to lots of dining options. Clean and comfortable pillows. Would stay again.
Initially disappointed that location was a bit further from downtown than expected but the hotel, staff, pool, room, quiet, breakfast & parking more than made up for the 10 min drive.
Great pillow top bed and pillows with better than average clock, tv, charging ports, bath room with tub and good hot water. Limited cable channels but had three HBO channels. Air unit was quieter than most and worked well. Traffic noise from outside was noticeable but didn’t wake me up in the night. The furniture was worn with the desk chair dangerous if you tried to adjust it up higher. Breakfast was disappointing. Pictures showed two waffle machines ( not there), no bread to put in toaster, BUT what they did have was good quality and tasted good once you got it. For people with knee problems, the hot tube by the pool was risky. It was designed with no steps so getting in and out was two very big steps. Also, the temperature was limited to good and warm. personnel working thee were very friendly, competent and professional.
I enjoyed the comfortable bed & good breakfast! I still have not been refunded the $20 they charged extra just incase you get any snacks etc.! I would appreciate that refund soon!

I booked a room for what I thought was Thursday night. Somewhere during my booking, Orbitz change the date to Wednesday night. No room reserved when I get there on Thursday. After an hour on phone with Orbitz, they say they won't fix the issue. I just have to pay for two nights. Next Day, the manager says we fix stuff with Orbitz all the time. Manager:shame on Orbitz. Manager fixes the problem. Too bad Orbitz lost me as a customer, I've used them for business and personal travel for about 20 years. I'm calling this hotel direct next time we stay here. They will probably have a better rate if you call.
Everything was just about perfect. Friendly staff, verty clean room, excellent breakfast. We would definitely stay there again.
I liked the indoor pool and the hot breakfast. I did not like that I could hear the noise coming from the room above me. The front desk clerk at check in was having a conversation with the other clerk about other guest. My room key stopped working.
