We had the best-time staying at this hotel.. everything was awesome from the front Desk to house Keep to the concierge (Todd) and the friendly people who assisted in the parking of your car Valley staff was top-notch.. The breakfast at the hotel went far beyond expectations the kitchen staff cooking staff waiters waitresses most friendliest people ever want to meet I would definitely come back and stay here again

Location is great near to beach and many restaurants and shops. Has a nice pool area and included buffet breakfast was a good value. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The room we purchased included self parking or valet which was a large cost savings as well. The hotel was a bit dated but nice and clean. I understand they will be closing for a large renovation later this year.

We had a few issues, called front desk and they were taken care of immediately. Breakfast and the staff were as amazing as the last trip. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Staff was really nice, the lobby is pretty plain. Got partial ocean view on 12th floor but kept hearing the trucks going in reverse (beep, beep, beep) early morning. Can see the Friday night Hilton fireworks from the balcony. Breakfast is the same EVERYDAY. Over all, we would stay again

We are repeat visitors. Very informative and friendly staff that go that extra mile so ensure that you enjoy your stay. Room was quiet, clean, and our bed was comfortable. Was told this hotel will be closed for renovations starting in Sept 2018.

The view was amazing, and the staff had excellent customer service.

very friendly and good value, like the pool. close to beach

I stayed from 11/6 to 11/10 with my wife and daughter. I am not big on hotels, rather, I am more of an AIR BNB type of guy. But this hotel was perfect for us. The included breakfast and valet parking was a huge plus. The location of this hotel was perfect. It is on a quiet side street stemming from a semi busy street (walking tourist areas with shops, bars, etc.). The breakfast food was the perfect amount of choices. You can pick different variety everyday without going over board. It's a block away from the beach. But Im not a big fan of Waikiki beach (go to Kailua). The room was sufficient. The BR was clean with big mirrors. My only beef was not having an outlet near the bed. So if you want to be on your phone looking at pics/social media/etc, after a day of adventures, there are no electric outlets near the bed. Eh... not a big deal at all. Oh and the employees! from the parking attendants, cleaning personnel, waiters/waitresses, they are all nice. Mahalo to you all.

*The staff definitely embody the Aloha spirit, they are kind, happy, very helpful, & accommodating. *The rooms are very clean. The floor-to-ceiling shutters are cute, making the room feel very cozy & pretty. *Rooms with the Mountain View have a beautiful view with a gorgeous sunrise in the morning. *The bathtubs are also very clean, & a little longer than standard tubs, which makes it wonderful when taking a bath, I was able to extend my legs with a few inches to spare when sitting (I'm 5'5"). *The rooms are equipped with a coffee maker, iron & board, hair dryer, two robes, a safe & a small fridge. No microwave. *Sheets are soft & smooth *I loved the pool. It was never packed. Pretty lounge chairs & nice lounge beds to tan on. *Hotel key gets you in free to Honolulu Museum of Art, & two other museums. *Good Gym, there is a cardio room, & a weight room facing the pool, nicely air conditioned, with towels, water, clorox wipes to wipe down equipment. *Buffet in the morning is fantastic! Freshly prepared Omelets with fresh add ins of your choice: spinach, mushrooms, onions, ham, etc. Scrumptious & fluffy pancakes, also crispy bacon, papaya, cantaloupe, salad bar, potatoes, bagels, etc. *So So close to the beach. Paradise! *Steps to beautiful shopping plazas, invigorating walks on the mile of beautiful luxurious stores, restaurants, & night life. *Valet included *Hotel rents out boggie boards, mats, etc for free. *Exercise classes every morning *We had a very pleasant stay!

The hotel staff were nice, valet super nice and restaurant personnel were very tentative. Enjoyed stay, rooms just a little small.

good, close to beach, oceanview, close to abc stores, close to shopping and dining

Very convenient to the beach and two blocks from the Waikiki "strip"

I felt like this was a business trip The room had everything I needed but it was sterile looking and basic. Nothing at all fancy Location is good but that is it The hotel does not offer beach equipment and is not on the beach

My stay was great, hotel staff was friendly. My room was kept clean and I was able to book activities and a rental car through the hotel.

Great hotel. One drawback. Early morning noise that woke us up at 6:30 am Great free breakfast

Staff was amazing. Hotel is near lots of restaurants and shopping. Close walk to beach.

We stayed just one night after a cruise so just wanted a hotel that's was central and reasonably priced. This is exactly what we got. On arrival we were offered an upgrade to an ocean view room for a $40 fee which we declined. We asked if we could store our bags for a few hours and then return to use the shower room to get changed as we were doing a dolphin swim. When we arrived back at the hotel the shower room was not available so the lady at the front desk upgraded us to the ocean view room for free, this was a lovely room with a nice terrace/ balcony. All staff were friendly. Wifi was slow

Hotel has a great location, however it's not nearly as nice as the neighboring resorts. We spent most of our time visiting other hotels/bars and exploring Honolulu. If you like to hang out at the hotel all day I'd suggest investing in a better one.

The hotel was great and within walking distance to the beach and several places to eat. The pool was also nice.
