The whole experience was very disapointing. I will not be returning there.

Perfect location, right across the street from the beach. Has a nice pool that overlooks the beach and the perfect place to watch the sunset.

Loved the hotel. Location was excellent. Right across the street from the beach. They give you a beach towel and chair to take to the beach. They also offer a free shuttle to Ala Moana Center. Would stay there again.

Hotel a little disappointing. Good location. Staff really nice and helpful, especially bell hop guys.

Excellent location to explore the island from. The rooms are a little small and getting tired but we didn't spend much time there.

The location is great with reasonable prices and helpful staff.

If you want to have the perfect view of both the beach and Diamond Head this is the place. Little tip, even if you don’t get a room with a view take a trip up to the 18th floor exit left out of the elevactor, you can see it all! If you have plans to leave Waikiki (which i recommend) this sport is perfect for getting in and out of the city, you don’t have to deal with driving down the main strip and all the pedestrians. If you’re looking for awesome food go to Lulu’s that’s on the second floor. We ate there breakfast lunch and dinner. Large portions all around. I recommend the loco moco burger, French dip, mai tai’s, and mojito’s When we come back to Waikiki we are definitely staying here.

Very close to the beach and other shops, restaurants. The bathrooms need fans!

Conveniently located! Beach is right across the street. Youre in the heart of everything!

Check in was unpleasant. The ocean view room we were first given had its ocean view blocked by part of the building. Michelle at the front desk was VERY rude when I asked to change rooms and tried to explain to her that we did not have an ocean view. She is the kind of woman who would be a jerk but would have a fake smile plastered on the entire time, almost mockingly. (later my wife watched her make an older lady wait 45 min until normal check in time, as opposed to letting her check in early and simply waiting for her room to be ready... I'm convinced Michelle is simply a bad person) Kevin was much more understanding and kind about the room change - - thank you Kevin! Overall OK experience. You get what you pay for - - inexpensive room, decent location, basic amenities, chilly pool. We've stayed 3 years in a row but this may have been our last. It's good if you're looking for a cheap hotel on the beach or near the zoo.

The room was comfortable, close to the beach and the staff was very helpful.

Beach is across the street. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Trolley is a block away $2.00 to ride to the mall

I don’t think you’ll find much better for price and location. If all you’re looking for is a place to sleep this is it.

room smelled musty. very crowded in room. no hair dryer which is pretty much standard anymore. seems like everything was extra, towel cards really are a pain. Positive was the view would not stay here again.

good customer service, with free shuttle service to the mall "food courts". easy access to everything,, clean hotel, right next to the beach. beds are good. pillows are on the firm side. Good choice cant go wrong with this pick.

Resort fee was announced as room deposit when we checked in. When we checked out we were told it's not refundable. This should have been added to the initial booking not in fine print that there will be additional charges. Secondly, they advertised a hospitality room with shower for guests with early arrival or late departure after check out time. Unfortunately, I planned to go to the beach after we checked out but when we returned and asked for access to the room they said they don't have such. This was very clearly advertised in their advertisement on the room tv channel. Again, completely unfair. There was no locker room for the pool. Room cleanliness was subpar. I found hair on the sink when we checked in. Floor around toilet was not cleaned well.

Hotel was mice, room nice but after a day on the island a nice dip on the pool would have made it perfect. Only problem is that the pool closed at sunset.

Beautiful unobstructed view of beach and Diamond Head from balcony. Rooms are small, but updated and comfortable and view makes up for small room. Very nice staff. Nice pool area, but pool wasn't heated and was very cold. Very slow elevators. Awesome breakfast in LuLu's restaurant.

Without question, this hotel has plenty of positives, but there were also just enough negatives to make me think twice about staying here again. To start, the staff was top notch and the location was really great--In a somewhat less hustly-bustly part of Waikiki, yet easily within walking distance of all of the attractions. In addition, our room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable, and of course the view was out of this world. Unfortunately, there were some negatives too. The elevators were extremely slow and one of them was out of service during our visit, which was extremely inconvenient. Some of the common areas (elevators, hallways, atrium) could use some cleaning/remodeling. The bathroom was not very user-friendly. There was no counter space whatsoever so the only place to try to put your toiletries was on the edge of the sink, where there wasn't much room. The bathroom also had a weird layout, and the shower looked like it was just thrown in at the last minute. It's a small walk-in stall, which is nice for those with mobility challenges, but also resulted in water getting on the floor (though the housekeepers always provided plenty of towels to help combat this). The pool area was OK. We didn't go to the beach so I can't comment on the towel service.

I loved my stay here. It was our honeymoon, and they gave us a free room upgrade, champagne, and chocolate covered macadamia nuts. Our view was amazing! You could see Waikiki Beach, diamond head, and the Honolulu Zoo. There’s an attached bar and restaurant (Lulus), a sushi restaurant, an ABC store, a Starbucks, and a sandwich shop. There’s no free parking, but the valet is convenient and was only $25 a day when I was there. This place is definitely worth the trip. I’m looking forward to staying here again as soon as possible.
