Great location

Great location for easy walk to all of the restaurants and Waikiki beach. Full view of fireworks set off from the Hilton on Friday nights from patio. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, beach mat provided which was nice for the beach. Free parking in open large lot less than 5 minute walk. Shave Ice at bottom of elevator. Window air conditioner that kept main room nice and cold, but back bedroom was a little warm, but thankfully bedroom has a ceiling fan. Definitely hear noise of the city at night in the bedroom, but that is to be expected with the location. Pull-out sofa bed more suitable for younger kids vs our two teenage kids. Shower and bathroom small but fine for us for our short stay. Overall great rental for the price.

For the price, it’s okay. The property itself is not the most updated or modern. The bathroom was very small and the shower was so small it was uncomfortable and i’m only 5’2! The window in the bedroom is very thin that you can hear absolutely everything when someone is walking by, talking, elevator coming, garbage truck in the mornings. We live in a big city so noise it usually doesn’t bother us but one of the nights there was a physical fight with police involved next door, and we were woken up from 2/3am-5pm. We were travelling with our 3 year old so it made us feel unsafe as the fight also caused large wall thudding and window banging on top of the screaming for hours. The sofa bed also had a very thin mattress pad and had a few springs or metal parts poking out the couch when it was laid out so we didn’t use it after noticing that. The property manager was very nice and easy to communicate with, the location was perfect to explore Waikiki on foot and it was nice they offered parking which was a 5ish mins walk from the apartment for exploring the rest of Honolulu. Shaved ice downstairs was also a major plus. Would I rebook here for next summer? Prob not, but i would check out Captain Cook for other properties they offer.

absolutely LOVED this place. parking is right around the corner if you rent a car, u walk down the street and the whole beach walk is right around the corner aswell. 5-10 minute walk from the main “touristy” waikiki beach, but there’s also a beach right by the apartment aswell. all in all this apartment was amazing and for sure will rent from here again in the near future.

Exactly what we needed, great location

The space was located in a part of Waikiki we prefer and enjoy and it was perfectly situated to access everything by foot. Parking was included which was located in a parking lot not nearby. It was the perfect amount of space for two adults and our 2 young kids. Clean and equipped with items we needed for the week we were there. As other reviewers mentioned, there is some very early morning noise from either garbage or delivery trucks which was easily heard through the bedroom window with the windows closed, but not as loud for our kids sleeping in the livingroom. Location was perfect even with that inconvenience and we would stay again.

Perfect location

The property is in a great location. Easily walk anywhere but the parking was perfect to escape the downtown area. Oh there is shaved ice on the ground floor which is one of the hidden gems. Great location-Great Communication

We loved our stay here! It’s a nice little place. Included a free escape room type experience checking in which was fun! Fortunately we got tons of clues and help from the property manager. The parking was right a cross the street which was also nice:) we stayed for 11 days so we really got to check the place out. A little noisy in the bedroom because of thin windows but it wasn’t too bad. The price was good as well. Also, you have to try the shaved ice downstairs!

Good location but too noisy

My husband and I stayed at this condo for one month. The location was excellent, just a 5 minute walk to the beach, many restaurants, major entertainments and shopping. Paul, the property manager, was attentive and helped us immediately any time we needed. Unfortunately, the condo is old, needs an overall renovation and is super small, especially the bathroom. Moreover, it is directly above a shipping delivery bay that trucks backed up beeping loudly from 4:30 - 10:00 AM every day, making it impossible to have a good sleep or use the varanda in the morning. So, staying there for a short stay, it may be a good place, but not for a long stay.

Reasonably priced unit was clean and comfortable and walking distance to everywhere from Ala Moana to Kapiolani Park! Property manager was easy to contact and our late arrival (10 PM) was not a problem. We would gladly book this unit again!
