Great hotel, staff and close to the beach. Stayed in King room with Oceanview.

Very friendly staff, close to Ala Moana mall and eateries, comvenient location to shopping without dealing with traffic and parking. Added bonus Starbucks located in the lobby area free wifi and great to people watch while waiting.

I was only there a short two nights but it was great.

Hotel is conveniently located near the beach. I booked an ocean view room with a king bed. They cannot guarantee your bed type and the "ocean view" I paid extra for had a view of the ocean - around a huge building in front of the hotel and above the huge parking garage from the mall next store. There are only (3) rooms that are located on the end of the Waikiki tower which have front facing ocean views. In order to see the or enjoy a view of the ocean you would need to be on r above at least the 15th floor.

Nina and cleanrooms staff very helpful hotel close to shopping and beaches

It was quiet as clean. We rested well. So handy to walk to Ala Moana.

Stayed overnight while attending a Conference. Very convenient for Conference, very convenient for quick shopping excursion at the Ala Moana Center. Easy access from Airport, even by bus.

The location of this hotel is perfect for me when I am on business. Access to the mall is very convenient. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. And they don't charge a "resort fee" like many of the Waikiki hotels do.

On early morning of 12/6/16, I was awakened by the sound of six (6) gun shots occurring in the alley my room overlooked. Soon thereafter, about 15 police cars arrived to care for the matter... In the early morning of 12/7/16, I was awakened by two (2) persons in the same alley, revving their street racing motorcycles at a fever pitch for over five (5) minutes. Management needs to do a much better job in securing the environment immediately surrounding the hotel. After discussing the matter with other hotel guests I met during my stay, I can honestly say they all had concern for their safety. And lastly, during my previous stay I was given breakfast vouchers to use in the restaurant located on the lobby floor. During this visit, I didn't receive anything which I couldn't help but feel was inconsistent.

Good place. Perfect access to the area. I'll be back.

A solid hotel to stay for short visits but would not recommend a long stay because the rooms are small. Also staying in the main tower is preferable to the rooms in the rear.

Walking distance to the beach, connected to the mall, amenities all around. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff went above and beyond when I had some special requests. Such an amazing week in Paradise

It is a good hotel for the price and convenient to shopping and good Asian restaurants

Hotel was nice and the team was great. Warm and showed a lot of Aloha!

I had a nice king room with a view. The hotel has everything. Parking was too expensive though. It has a store, a night club and some rest. This place is expensive. Walking distance to the beach. Head away from the beach is a 7-11, Subway and Atkinson Grill. Eat there. The Grill was really good.

Bed was too small for two people. Room was small. I'm 6'2 and my girl was short. Staff was amazing and nice. Made up for discomfort. Was on vacation only used room to sleep.

not really what i expected. .and it was only 1 free breakfast, before we had 2 coupons for it.

Everything would have been better if the floor had not been shampooed right before arrival. It was wet and smelled, so calling the front desk, they offered to change the room, but we were in a rush to visit with family, so we had not time to do so. The front desk told us that it would dry up by the time we returned if we left the lanai door open, so we did that. Unfortunately, it wasn't, so, as there were no bathroom slippers, we wore extra socks to walk around in. The parking area was horrible and smelly considering the twenty dollars we paid, I hope there will be changes made... The staff was friendly and did their best under the circumstances to make things pleasant.

Overall a good stay. Would recommend. Pillows weren't comfy. Microwave in room which is nice.

Service was hit or miss with the staff. Valets were great but we decided to save a few bucks and spend $20/night for self park (vs $25/night for valet). They were double parked everywhere possible and ran out of stalls 2 of our 3 nights. The first time, we got a metered stall just across the street. Second time, we argued with the front desk who said we should pay more for the valet to park my car or try the self park again. Luckily a stall opened so we weren't parked in the distant street stalls they were recommending. Rooms were surprisingly small. Housekeeping left water in the ice bucket each day. But they did have a new bag next to the bucket in case we wanted to keep that melted ice. The hotel is not as nice as I remember from a stay about 20 years ago and the service left a lot to be desired.

Mahalo for allowing us to host you. We apologize for the incident which occurred two blocks from the hotel. Our security was able to assist police in their efforts. We offer different rate packages with different offerings and some include breakfast. Next time you stay with us (and we hope that will be soon) be sure to book a breakfast program.
