My experiences could be better with this central location hotel. The bed headboard are worn, the window are not clean so you can not have a good view. No luggage stand even the room is big enough. Tv is tiny. Need major upgrade. Staffs are not friendly compared with all the hotels I stayed in last two weeks from Tokyo, Kyoto, Hiroshima to Taipei even I have paid more for this hotel.

Very small room for a petite asian .Close to the cultural center. We had a nice stay.a pick up spot for tours.convenient.

Very convenient location, close to everything. Rooms are tiny for the price, but it is typical of HK hotels.

I have stayed at this hotel many times because of the location. Rooms were remolded 5 years ago, but they are gettign a little worn. Its clean, but very small. I would not recommend to taller people.

Great location. Right in the middle of Kowloon. Shuttle bus topped in front of hotel for the train to the airport. Very convenient. Staff very willing to help with any question.

Staff - friendly, helpful and multi-lingual. Room - very, very small. We had to take turns to even walk around (This is NOT an exaggeration. ) The room is too small for even a mini-refrigerator. The television is at most 19". There is no bureau in which to place your clothing. There is a narrow closet for hanging clothes. Everything about our accommodations was very compact. Fortunately I am only 5 feet and 8 inches tall. We met some taller Americans who would have had trouble standing erect in the shower and who would certainly have needed to dodge the smoke detectors near the elevators. Internet service is not included with the room. You must purchase this for 140 HKD per night. (I paid 280 HKD cash on check in.) An added insult is that you are permitted only two devices. You will have to sign back in each day. (On the second day, my wife chose to sign in with her telephone instead of the tablet she used on day one.) When we checked out, the cashier wanted yet another 280 HKD. She explained that I connected more than two devices. Wow! If they track this so closely, they already knew I used only two devices each day. I refused to pay. In the end, she relented and removed the charge. I had no problem with her. She was merely adhering to management expectations. It was a very quiet and polite disagreement. I felt I followed their rules as explained to me and simply refused the charge. The location is excellent for seeing Kowloon.

Kowloon Hotel has excellent location in Tsim Sha Tsui with entrance to the Metro just off the lobby. Rooms are small even by Hong Kong standards but they have refrigerators, good temperature control and extremely helpful concierge staff. Some of our group paid an extra $100/night for Club Level which included slightly larger rooms, fancier toiletries, free wifi, free breakfast, afternoon tea, cocktail hour and all day refreshments. If not included with room, internet access is $20 US for 24 hrs.

The location was certainly convenient right next to the MRT, but the room (at 20 sq. meters) was too small for comfort. The view was also completely useless. Hotel staff was gracious though.

location is very good!!! near metro station. and clean and good staff!! but room is very small. but not bad!!! if you safe money you can choice this hotel. but no more 2day night

I got upgraded to the business suite with a harbor view, it was fantastic, totally beyond my expectation. However, just dont like the idea of paying a fee for wi-fi, and the layout of the room is difficult to place two big luggage without some inconvenience. However, it was a great place in a very nice area.

It's located right in the middle of everything. Subway is just steps away from the hotel. Good restaurants in the hotels.

very friendly and accommodating staff. location is great. easy access to subway and all areas of HK.

Located at center of Kowloon. It's easy in and out, but also pretty crowded.

Very convenient access to MTR as well as walking distance to Harbour City shopping mall.

Very good location for tourists, The room space is very tight, Too many tourists, not an ideal location for business travelers

Very good location i recomend this hotel great experience in hong kong

very good location. proximity to pretty much every downtown activity. Room is relatively small but good for one person stay. For a 4 start hotel, it's very cost effective to stay in there.

Good location for shopping and dining!! The breakfast was really good in the hotel.

Nice location right next to shopping and the train station. The staff was friendly, the rooms were a bit small, but clean. Have to pay for breakfast and WiFi. I have a comfort level in staying here since this is my second visit/stay.

We are going to take a rest in Hong Kong in the weekend, and this hotel is perfect in the localization. It is nearly of Nathand road, have Seven-eleven nearly. Very clean and comfortable.
