My room was very well appointed, the bathroom was very clean and included a separate shower and bath. If I had forgotten any toiletries, that wouldn't have been a problem as the bathroom was stocked with toothbrushes, toothpaste, cotton buds, shaving kits and all of the other standard hotel bathroom amenities. I was in the Haidian region for my daughters graduation, so the location was perfect. There was a bit of a fuss about my passport as my country is visa free and the staff couldn't understand why I had no visa, but apart from that, very decent service. Breakfast in their restaurant was great.

The hotel is very far from the airport and there're no buses and you can only take taxi which is very expensive.

Second time staying here. Overall, good experience.

It was not too convenient, taxis from Tsingyi Airport Express station cost about HK$85, but there is a shuttle bus (HK$10) from hotel to MTR station on a regular schedule. The return shuttle is complimentary. Hotel staff is friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The non-smoking rooms on the non-smoking floors get somewhat smoky because the floors are all connected by a central opening above the lobby area through most of the floors. So, don't expect non-smoking facilities.

The hotel Royal View Hotel Hong Kong was good hotel. This hotel met our expectation.

In general, hotel was nice but the bathroom walls were with stain. Some food in the breakfast buffet were cold. Most of the staff were nice, only couple were without adequate training, not very friendly.

hotel was free clean. and quiet. little too far from restaurants.

We found this hotel a quiet relaxing place to stay after a busy week working in the city. It is not far from the airport, the food in the cafe was reasonable and delicious. Rooms were quite spacious by Hong Kong standards and there were beautiful views from our room as well as from many public places within the hotel. The pool and spa were a welcome addition. The staff were helpful, but check-in was crowded with long lines. For exploring Hong Kong, this is not the best hotel. Transportation into the city from here is complicated and time-consuming. I recommend it for a relaxing stop, but not for sight-seeing or exploring.

We had the ocean view, this seems like a time share hotel, the only negative is is far from everything, need a taxi or shuttle to get anywhere around, hotel has restaurants, bit pricey

Very comforable and big enough room even in HK unless far from downtown...the shuttle picking up is free, going out is HK$10 per person.... During checking,my parents ate 2 cakes at the SPECIAL place of lobby, the manager wanna charge them HK$100 per person...even they quit finally...what kind of feeling if u?

This hotel is beautiful. They have everything you would want or need there. The room was extremely clean and attractive. It overlooked a beach. The shuttle bus service is excellent. The shuttle bus takes you to the main areas of Hong Kong so you can get on the train or take an even less expensive taxi ride than the one straight from the hotel. The staff is a little nosey. I put the do not disturb sign on the door and they still knocked and called. I had this happen in Mainland China as well. There is a bit of a lack of respect for privacy. They actually seem and look like a 5 star hotel. The other 4 star I stayed in after was definitely a lesser quality hotel. I will stay there again if I go back to Hong Kong.

Hotel rate was very good considering this is HK; rooms were spacious and comfortable, also considering this is HK. The only downside is that it is located away from the main streets, restaurants, shops and stores, but there is free shuttles to close by points of interest.

This hotel was a good value to stay in while I was on a business trip to Tsuen Wan.

the room is equipped with microwave, coffee machine and a fridge which allows you to make some basic refreshment. The radio and DVD player is unexpectedly but great for those who want to spend the weekend out of downtown in HK.

The items I liked were the view, quiet from external noise, staff was positive. I did not like location relative to Airport. Midpoint of boarder and Airport. Expect 200 HK to transport one way. I can see it as very nice other than that. There were noisy doors, but this is not a hotel controlled item. Overall I was very happy with the price, cleanliness, and facilities. Cabs were very easy to obtain.

Hotel was great, excellent staff and service. It was PERfect. The only negative thing was the location. but the hotel compesates it, with free transportation every 15 minutes to good spots. Hotel restaurant prices are expensive. Amazing room bathroom and LCD TV.

Hotel is clean but a little bit smell in the room. the view is very good but far away from the city center. Too much problem in reservation, but i think it is Obitz's problem.
