Helpful and friendly staff. Unfortunately, the hotel is rundown and not well maintained. The first room we checked into was infested with bed bugs. Bed sheets had blood stains on them. The front desk arranged for us to stay at another room after we notified them of the bed bug infestation. They also gave us laundry tokens to wash off any clothes that may have come into contact with bed bugs. The new room didn't seem to bed bugs, but we were traumatized after our experience with the first room. Sheets still had stains on them. Wallpaper was ripped, mold lined the edges of the bathroom, and there was a Q-tip on the floor between 2 beds. Who knows how long that's been there. The carpet didn't seem to have been vacuumed for the duration of our stay (dust and lint lingered in the carpet). The toilet won't flush and the fridge was leaking water when we first got there. We called the staff to get the flush and fridge fixed and they did. The flush worked for a few days before it broke again. Staff fixed it again and fix lasted a few days before it's once again broken. The flush broke a total of 3 times during our stay. The staff we interacted with were all helpful, polite, and professional. It's just that room cleanliness / maintenance was sub-par. It's unfortunate to see such once well-maintained hotel get rundown like this.
Mold, and noisy. Tours offered not good guide was drunk on one of tours.

This hotel is just an average hotel. We stayed here to be close to friends/family. Price is good. Hotel has some updates to rooms on high floors. Breakfast offered is just "okay."
