Location is very comfortable Staff is cooperative Buffet is not truly international They dont have a swimming pool They should provide transportation to MTR because most of their guests are tourists and come with luggage . Even if they charge some money it is ok

Stayed here two different times. The first time was great, awesome service, bed was great and comfy. Only complaint was the shower stall wasn't the best, water leaked out of the door both stays, and the bed squeaked every time I got up on the 2nd stay but overall it was a great hotel and a great stay.

Hotel located in central area. Rooms needs to be updated. Carpet very old. Bed and bathroom was clean.

Novotel Nathan road is a nice hotel in a good location. The rooms are larger than the standard rooms in Hong Kong.

This is our favorite hotel in Kowloon Hong Kong. Veryconvenient to everything- transport, shopping, dining..

We had a very pleasant stay, very clean rooms, a bit small but clean. In the middle of shopping and close to a lot of attractions

Our stay was very pleasant, very convenient location close to A22 bus from airport and subway. The stuff was very polite, room clean and bathroom nicely updated. The buffet breakfast was reasonably good with good selection of vegetables, fruits and excellent coffee. Walking distance to subway, many attractions and ferry terminal to Island and Macau.

3 days business trip, very close from Lo Hu station/ immigration. Good location, surrounded by restaurant & busy area

My boyfriend and I were in town for my cousin's second wedding reception. The location was easy access and very convenient for us to get around town or over to the other side of the city for a few nights out. The maid at the hotel was so kind and attentive. I rarely to never ask for the room to be made if I stay more than 1+ nights at a hotel. The maid was kind enough to check on us when she saw us leave one morning and was insistant on giving us clean, fresh towels and water. The check-in clerk, and the hotel lobby bellboys were pleasant and friendly as well!

We returned from USA on a private trip en-route to Sydney and decided to spend a couple of nights in HK. The stay was pleasant enough. However on the morning of the check out on 12th Oct at 6 am we had an issue with the desk clerk. She said we purchased a movie, which we didn't. After some discussion she asked us to fill out a form, disclaiming the purchase of the movie. When I wrote on the form that No movie was ordered and purchased she became very agitated, and said You don't need to do that...... You can leave now with no other pleasantries. She had clearly lost her temper and I commented that to her. I am a Gold / Emerald traveler with Cathay and do a lot of business trip around Asia. This unfortunate experience spoiled an otherwise pleasant couple of day in HK

This is a nice, clean, well run hotel in a great location. Close to all transportation to see Hong Kong sights. Not our first time in this hotel- we prefer to stay here each time we visit Hong Kong. haven't been disappointed yet!

Clean, quite hotel. The view on 11th floor was harsh when large window looking into some slump and rundown building.

When I checked in, the room was not readied until 4 PM. The hotel did give me the room on the A Club but without the use of the lounge on that floor. It was fine with me but when I checked out on the A Club floor, I asked the staff whether I can checked out or not, the staff said that he would but he said that I should checked out on the first floor. The point here is that the hotel give me a room on the A Club floor so I should be able to checked out on that floor. The staff did not have to say what he have said. It is only the disappointing part of my stay.

I stayed at this hotel for one night due to a long layover. When I arrived, I saw three men at a counter and figured they would check me in. They just stared at me rudely and then finally said that I had to go upstairs for that. When I got upstairs, I had to wait another few minutes for someone to help me despite the fact that no one was doing anything. Checking in was difficult since the guy I was dealing with barely spoke English and I don't speak Cantonese, but I finally got my card key and went up to my room. The room is about the size of a standard Nathan Road room and was modern and clean. The bathroom was not clean and there was quite a bit of mold in the shower. I was only staying for a short time so I didn't care enough to go through the hassle of calling a cleaning person, but if I were staying longer I would have made it a point to say something. There were two good things about my stay. One is that I managed to circumvent the hotel's internet security and got online for free. (I tried the computers downstairs in the lobby for kicks as well, but the problem is that they are in the lobby and not protected so a lot of people who are not guests come in and use them like a public library. I had only been on the computer for five minutes before a young boy tried to kick me off.) The other good thing is the location. I didn't have anywhere to be so I just walked to the bay a few blocks away and then got some food.
