Diana was the best asistance to us !!! Couldnt have asked for better help.

nice hotel close the Habor City Mall, the ferry, museums, plenty of restaurants, malls

I forgot that this hotel had undergone a total remodel for all the rooms, beautifully appointed now, I remember before that the "Grande Damme" had that mid-90s Hong Kong vibe, and now it's got the mid 2010 Hong Kong hotel vibe.. But seriously, the rooms are clean.. You know what you're getting into with the Intercontinental, and with pricing all over the place if you can score a room for under 200 bucks a night, you can't do much better than that in HK. Even though I was on a non-smoking floor, it was obvious that the guest before me had a serious jones for nicotine, (probably some Korean guy smoking those effeminate thin Korean-chick cigarettes). Anyhow, I felt like I was sleeping a bar.. I forgot to mention this to the hotel, and usually it takes something more severe for me to pack up all my junk and move to a different room... The minibar will satisfy any alcoholic's yearning post-last call. Also the way that the minibar was designed in the room folded out in a beautifully and in a well considered manner; invoking a traveling trunk/bar from the 20s. Something that would be unobtrusively sitting in the corner of Noel Coward's steamship cabin.

Very nice! Good location. Helpful staff. Very nice rooms.

I've made the same reservation a couple times for this hotel with a nice big room. This time I was put in a very small room compared to the last time.... disappointed

I thought I had booked the Intercontinental Hong Kong. This was not in the same level of services, comfort, or location. We checked out after the first night and moved to the IHC Hong Kong.

Pleasant smelling hotel. They have Ferragamo toiletries! They also have a cell in your room for you to take with you while exploring the city!! Awesome place and incredible view, if you get the correct side...

very friendly hotel staff, great service, convenience location, few mins walking distance to lots of restaurant, subway stations, mini supermarket. the best part of the stay is the HANDY cell phone that they offered to each room, free international calls to U.S. , you can travel with it while you stay in HK, unlimited data and calls.

Reception Layout is great. Staff is great. Rooms are

I was sick and your staff hotel was very helpful but the doctor was not professional, he was there for couple minute without even doing the minimum of his checking and no follow up. My wife is a doctor,if she wasn't there I could be in a big trouble

Who gives you a mobile to use while staying with them?!? Maybe it's a Hong Kong thing but incredibly useful for a city you've never visited. Maps, tips, and free calls.... I hope.

i have been staying tin this hotel for about 10 years. its nice and well located.

Room was not clean and room cleaner just open my room even I took a shower. They don't know customer service.

very good location. Malls within walking distance as well as the mtr.

I pretty much enjoyed thia hotel. However there are too many Chinese people to make a noise. That is one thing i disappointed Intercontinental hotel.

I would stay here again. Great staff, very helpful. Location steps from the harbor, museum and shopping. There are hotels closer, but definitely accessible and for the price, the best value.

Great staff. Love the pool and gym - one of a small handful in Hong Kong. And side harbor view room was worth it!

Room was on the top floor - was beautifully furnished. Would come back in an instant

I stayed for 2 nights and 2 days for business meetings in the hotel.Meeting room was great, service was perfect and rooms are very good. I will recommend others about this hotel
