I was asked not to get their sheet dirty, first time ever, and she never smile during the checkin process. It's the smallest room I have ever seen, I will have no where to stand if I open my luggage. You may consider if you just need a bed to stay for one night, otherwise, their are many other choices.

Pros: good location, there are lots of good restaurant for breakfast, and good cafes. secure. Cons: smell from the toilet comes to the room. I have nasal allergy but I could smell that means... it smells a lot!

Good location in Mong Kwok, easy access to bus, MTR and many entertainments. But lot of tenant noise, sound proof may not be as good as other hotel. Reasonable price compare to others. I will stay here again next time.

I was looking for a hotel near the subway that would be adequate and cheap for one person and this hotel was just fine for that. There were no issues with check in or check out, the room was cleaned every day and the bed was comfortable enough. The room was tiny but a good value for the price in Hong Kong.

So this is more like a guesthouse in terms of room size and amenities, but it was clean and basic. Staff is nice but forgot to deliver my wakeup call, although I did change the times twice. Easy to find and a few steps away from the A21 stop on Nathan Road. As with most of Hong Kong, food is easy to find with restaurants nearby and 7 Eleven right across the street.

Overpriced at eighty a night during Chinese New Year. I got a better deal across the harbor for a much larger room Like a guesthouse and its license reflects this, calling it a guesthouse It is clean but rooms tiny. Hot water runs out quickly.

The MK is a very basic hotel in the heart of Kowloon. Room is tiny and super basic, but the price is usually very low for HK which makes it ok if you're arriving on a late flight and just need a place to sleep only. The mattress is very hard. Staff is friendly.

Hotel has a perfect possition, easy to reach, the bus A21 from/to airport almost a front of it, A/c works very good, security is good too. A lot of cheap restourants, exchange offices, very good connection to all parts of the city, to the ferry terminal, bus 293, 2-3 min to the BIG BUS tour busses, shops, lady market, night market.Room is good enought for transit passengers or 1-2 night stay. For longer no-no garderob, refregirator.Clean-acceptibal,but they give you free tea bags only first day.Clearness of the room from the stuff had to be better. I can recomendate this hotel for bugget stay, I received what I accept.Good for single traveller which are first time in the city.

I was quite surprised at how small my single room is, the size of a small clothes closet. But after a while you get used to the small size and start to enjoy it. What I liked about this hotel is its location, right in the middle of Mong Kok. Langham Place, Sai Yueng Choi Street South, Ladies Market (Tung Choi Street), Temple Street are all within walking distances. Buses to places that you want to go are either on same side as the hotel or right across the street. MTR stations (Mong Kok, Yau Ma Tei) are also close by.

In the center of city, easy to access to anywhere. Airport shuttle is downstairs. But the room size is too small

I wouldn't call this a hotel. It is a hostel or dorm with a tiny private bath. The hotel is located at the Mongkok area (not too nice part of Kowloon). It's better to stay in the Tsimshatsui area of Kowloon or Central/Causeway Bay on the Hong Kong Iswland. The hotel is steps away from the airport bus stop (very convenient, and less expensive $33 HKD than the airport express train $90 HKD). Hotel is 2 to 3 blocks in-between the Mongkok and Yaumati MTR stations. The room is clean, but very tiny (that I can tolerate), almost like a small dorm room. The bathroom is very small, with the shower spraying the sink area (this I cannot tolerate). I didn't like the exposed water and sewer pipes. You need to turn on the hot water tank at least 10 - 20 minutes ahead of time. I will stay here again, only if I can't find any other hotels.

I stayed in this hotel in 2007 for a week. It had a different name and was run by a different management staff. They remodeled the hotel and upgraded the electric products and decoys, but it was a little over HK$100 less. I rather pay less money. The room is still as small as it can be. They did the best they can with the space they have. The room is simply too small. There have been improvement in other areas, but I still rather pay less money.

The room is very room, but tidy. Good location. That's okay for spending not too much.

You can not see the hotel from Nathan Road. It is down a side street. The rooms are really small but clean with the exception of the coffee pot...was full of old tea/coffee grounds that were left from the previous occupant and were not cleaned out while I was there (2 nights). Bathroom is very small, hot water heater must be turned on and left for twenty minutes to get a bit of hot water... water turned cool after about 20 seconds. The location is good for catching buses and subway. Walls are thin and can hear everything going on around you so bring ear plugs.

Great location for Mong Kok access. Near Langham Place, etc. BUT the room was the smallest I've ever stayed in, even smaller than the smallest in Tokyo. No room to open suitcase and open the door at the same time. In bathroom no room to take a shower except over the toilet or the tiny sink. BUT the place is clean and staff are nice. So for the price I guess I can't complain too loudly. Just be aware of what you're booking so you won't be shocked/disappointed as I was.

Extremely small, not clean, but really close to mong kok

good location for shopping or sight seeing, but the room is too small, beyong your imagination of a small room: even no ground space for your small luggage,no table, no chair, you knee is the only place you could use notebook while sitting on bed.

The smallest hotel room on earth. There has a bad smell everywhere. The bathroom is so compact and a bit ugly. The only good thing is the location.
