Good value and location. Staff were very helpful with providing information about things to see or do nearby.

We stayed here many times. Nice staff especially JoJo . We will miss her the most . Hotel very convenient to subway line resturants and shops.

Pleasantly surprised. Very comfortable and great service

staff are very effecient, fast and friendly. The only negative thing is the hotel name is not familiar to taxi drivers. If card be provided to guess withinstruction and location to hotel, that would make it easier for tourist guess

Room was cleaned and good sized. Close to shops and train

The hotel and staff were excellent Always ready to help with directions and suggestions Our daughter wasn’t feeling well and they helped book us a doctor visit on a Sunday morning and it worked out perfect Nice people, clean place and great location

I can't say enough good about my stay at Hotel LBP. My room was phenomenal, the staff were incredibly helpful, and the location was perfect. It's comfortably walkable to central, as well as the galleries on Hollywood Road, and there's a handsome community park just across the street. There are good, quick breakfast and lunch spots around the intersection of Qeen's Rd West and Hollywood Rd, mere steps from the front door.

Good location within walking distance of financial district, macau ferry terminal, man mo temple. Taxis also easy to find and pretty inexpensive. Stayed in a business suite which had a nice sitting area with dining table and refrigerator and sink. Watch out for step in bathroom.

Just the right hotel for our vacation in Hong Kong... the property was clean, bright, and inviting. The front desk associates were all very helpful and nice - in fact, we added one extra person to our room, and the front desk amended the booking and provided us with an extra bed at no cost! The room was rather large (by HK standards) and included all the amenities expected - the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. This hotel is not located in a "tourist" area so there are not a lot of vibrant restaurants or bars... take the MTR to Central and then walk to SoHo if that's what you're looking for. Also, hotel does not exchange currency - if possible, go to an ATM for cash, but avoid the money exchange windows as you will not receive the best exchange rate.

Happy stay and recommand. The room I booked is a business suite that included breakfast. The room is not big but very clean and delicated. Feel like as comfortable as home.

Hotel staff is friendly. Breakfast is so so. Standard rooms are really really small, fits a double bed and not much else. Price is a bit high for the very small room size. Hotel staff is friendly. The Hotel may be a challenge to find. I suggest you get the hotel staff to write down the locating direction for use with a taxi driver. The hotel is at the end of Queens road and I think people are generally unsure of street locations. I spoke to the hotel about this too. But that's the only down side we had staying here. It if away from central Hong Kong but there are lots of shops, restaurants and markets in the area so if you are staying to explore this is a good location. Quiet too. All forms of transportation access is close by.

Spent 4 nights on the 19th floor. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean with fresh towels and bathroom amentieis refreshed every day. Some people mentioned the mattresses were too firm, however I found it to be right in line with all other hotels in Asia. The room is also small, with very little room to spread open a luggage suitcase for more than 1 person - but it was workable. Though the hotel was easy to find, it is a 10 minute walk to the closest MTR which could be a long walk for some. The complimentary breakfast is a nice amenity, however there are only 4 generic egg options to choose from.

hotel is located about 15 mins walk from the nearest subway station, which is far for Hong Kong standard. Hotel breakfast was made to order, good quality. However, the room I stayed at had a strong mold smell and there were black spots on the ceiling. Don't think I will stay there again.

Great hotel in a central location, not far from the trams and a short walk to the MTA. Room was insulted from outside noise (one night as we walked in, a crew was working on the street with jackhammers, but in our room above, we could barely notice it). Beds were comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, and all the small things were done well. We would stay again.
