management charged us for movies my children pressed unknowingly on remote. They could see movies were never watched.........Manager had a power complex and was rude.

Hotel was clean and comfortable with a good size fridge. Chairs smelled a bit like BO. Bathrooms are a little dated, but was fine. We liked the fact that the hotel had both restaurants and a bar in house - the bar was a great place for a quiet mid-day break. The gym was clean and a good variety of machines and equipment. But we were most impressed by the welcome by the staff. The staff was able to upgrade our room for free, as to keep us on same floor as our visiting family. In addition, they also surprised my husband with a cake in our room, on his birthday! We were touched as their incognito and kind gesture. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Hong Kong. It was so close to MTR, bakeries, various interesting options for dim sum, dumplings, HK style breakfast, supermarkets and Starbucks. Plus, the staff was so kind and thoughtful, it made for an extra special stay with my family!

We booked on 14-days Norwegian Cruise Line from Hong Kong to Singapore. We decided to visit Hong Kong prior to to our cruise line. We stayed at Holiday Inn Golden Mile for two nights. It was an excellent hotel, very close to tourist area, within walking distance to shopping centers and restaurants. We did not encounter any problems at all.

Decent hotel. Rooms are clean and well kept. Staff is friendly. Buffet is good with lots of choices.

Located in the heart of TST. Provided useful resources such as a currency exchange, a Handy complementary smartphone to take out, and an electric converter. The condition of the room was nice and clean which resulted in a comfortable stay.

the hotel is close to everything, MTR, Nathan Road, Ferry Pier, Restaurants, etc. and the price is ok for that location in Kowloon side.

Great location to major attractions/MTR and ferry, convenient commute.

it was good hotel.clean and nice with lot of place nearby

The location is what makes me come back to this hotel. Other than that, it's your usual run-of-the-mill Holiday Inn. Nothing special.

Stayed for a night on my way to China. Great little bar (Henri's), and across the street from a great tailoir, Elite Tailors. Right off Nathan's street hustle and bustle, staff were always greeting you. Will come back for sure!

The room was very comfortable. I got the room right next to the elevators so I could hear them whirring up and down all night. Even on the 17th floor and with the windows closed I could hear honking. I suspect you can't get away from that in Hong Kong. The price seemed a bit high for what it was, but I was satisfied with my stay, and they have a shuttle that leaves every 10 minutes in the morning that takes you to the airport express train.

I had a great experience at the Holiday Inn Golden Mile Hong Kong. Super friendly service. However there was construction on what seemed to be the floor above me during the day. They did give me warning through a written notice, but they should have discounted the room, or made sure the floors adjacent to any construction were not booked.

Very good location Near to Everything There is mall opposite to the hotel

I stayed for 3 nights and had a great stay. A very nice, comfortable place.

I travel latetly in HK and Holiday Inn was my hotel. The lobby was always smells great and the bar was very nice except that was full of womans looking ().... room was amaizing big and confortable bed. location was great and very near to malls and metro. but as a holiday inn hotel was very high prices especially if you consider that opossite was the Hayatt in half price and five stars.

This hotel is located in a very convenient location because the MTR train station was right across the street, the promenade is within a 10 minute walk and a wide variety of restaurants to choose from. The only draw back for me is that the Economy room I chose was very small even though it cost $125USD per night. This hotel is rated as a 4 or 5* so I expected a luxury hotel but by american standards i think this is at most a 3* hotel.

Holiday Inn Hong Kong has a great location the room service has alot to be desired while you may see some american clasics on the menu they fall short in the taste area for exsample eggs benidick is a far cry from the classic you recieve almost anywhere. the room was clean the bed was confortable.

Whilst I'm delighted that you enjoyed you stay overall and appreciated our pool and fitness facilities, please do accept my sincere and heartfelt apologies for the issue your experienced with one of my duty managers. I will be investigating this fully on you behalf, but I would like to assure you that no offence was intended. I do hope that this aside, you had a great visit to Hong Kong and on behalf of my entire team - we all hope to have the pleasure and privilege of welcoming you back in the very near future. Warmest regards from Hong Kong.

How wonderful to read this review! Thank you so much for taking the time to write, and I'm absolutely delighted that you enjoyed your stay with us at The Holiday Inn Golden Mile. We strive to provide the best service and experience for all of our guests - from comfortable rooms to a friendly and helpful welcome - and it is marvellous to know that the personal service of our staff helped to make your stay so memorable. I have thanked the team responsible personally for going above and beyond in their duty, and I'm very glad your husband enjoyed his birthday! I’m particularly glad also that you got the best from our dynamic, central location with so many opportunities for dining, shopping and excursions on our doorstep. It’s also very pleasing to hear that you were impressed by the gym and by the in-house restaurants and our bar - I'm very glad that you found it a pleasurable place for relaxation. With regards to your specific comment, such feedback is very rare and surprising but it has been passed on to the Director of Housekeeping immediately. We are currently refurbishing guest rooms, with an additional two floors of rooms to be added this year. I very much hope you will choose to stay with us again soon, and that you may experience one of the renewed guest rooms. Above all, I thank you for your lovely words and valued feedback, and myself and the whole team very much hope to welcome you and your family back to Hong Kong soon. With warmest regards.
