Although a bit distant from the train station, 9 min. walk. Overall impression, the property gives you the best comfort, which I considered whenever I travel.
The housekeeping staff was excellent. The front desk was friendly. The restaurant and concierge staff can do better.

Room facilities aregood but they don't have hair drier so i was trouble in drying my hair. Also, personally the room was little cold even turn on heater. Except these two, everythings are good.
Dirty carpet, shower leaking, noise lobby, no small towels, lower floor, need remodel. look old and dirty
I stayed for several days while working in Hong Kong. The hotel was nice and rooms are a little bigger than right down in Kowloon. Bigger is not big as Hong Kong rooms are typically quite compact consistent with housing practices. I used the gym and pool and both were very good with obvious care and cleanliness of the hotel. Not as convenient to MTR but not bad either.
The hotel was very well cared for and the staff was very helpful. For English only speaking travelers the hotel is still ok as enough staff do speak English. The pool and exercise facilities are good and very clean.
We booked a family room since we have 3 young children, and they put us in a smoking room, which caused us headaches and allergies. When we complained, they put us in a smaller room for the first night, before finally getting the room that we paid for the second night, with no compensation to us. Turns out about a third of the hotel are smoking floors, and even the non-smoking floors smell of cigarette smoke, since many fo the tourbus guests that stay there, don't care about non-smoking restrictions. Also the concierge was quite unfriendly and rude.
