Hotel staff is very helpful and excellent local food around. Hotel kind of small and this is Hong Kong !

I thought I was prepared for the small room, but there was really no place for my luggage or to move around at all. Just a place to sleep, very clean (except for the first day when there was a lot of dirt), and close to the MTR.

The hotel is in a pretty good location, only a couple of minutes walk from Hung Hom station. The rooms are really small, which is to be expected of hotels in Hong Kong. The rooms were fairly clean, but looked really old. It may not be the best hotel in Hong Kong, but it is a good value for the amount I paid for it, especially since i only used it to sleep.

I've stayed in thousands of hotels around the globe. This is the most squizzed hotel room I ever had. Never and never again.

Very very very small hotel room, and location is difficult to find, but only redeemed by its relative closeness to the hung hum metro station.

It's too close to funeral parlour. Incense was full around sometimes.

This hotel very close to Hong Hum train station and just 5 minutes walking distance if you know the shortcut. Hotel room is small and this is common among Hong Kong hotel room arrangement.

the rooms are very minimalistic and extremely small...i read in other reviews that its common in Kowloon but having chosen something a bit more upscale than a 2 or 1 star budget hostel for me it was quite a shock. to call this a 3 star hotel is heavily overdone. room comfort is not too bad but all is so small, nothing really fits. esp. a big case leaves no room to move at all. the website is misleading where it shows normal rooms or even seeming spacious. amenities are all still quite a walk or a bus trip, hung hom mtr station is a fair walk.no wifi or cabkle in the room is a bit of a setback also for 3 star. tv has very limited channels.

My 13-old yrs son and I lived in this hotel for 3 nights. We were able to adapt the condition quickly. The room is very small for 2 small beds only. Bathroom is old and small and dark red tiles looked old and dirty. The space for only two small suit cases is on the window side. The small bed size are similar to the train compartment beds. The space between two beds is only about 7-10 inches, so that two people can not stand in the space at the same time. Hotel staff was changed for >3 times during a 12-hours period and TV has only 4 channels with 3 Cantonese and 1 English. Most staff were not willing to give explanation ( or no knowledge) for local tourist information. I was luck to meet the two old male staff who gave me a good tourist information about how and where to see in Hong Kong within a day so that I had a great day. Hotel daily cleaning service was okay and provided what guest needs. No refrigerator and microwave are in the room. Free wireless service is on the 1st floor of next door building. The price for this hotel is reasonable in Hong Kong but service can be improved. Location is about 1-2 block to subway and main bus stops and is convenient to have access to other cities. Several small restaurants within 1-2 blocks from the hotel are generally in low service quality and in bad attitude to the guests, which made me so disappointed about Hong Kong compared with my experience in 2003. A supermarket next to Hotel became main service to most guests of the hotel. I would not recommend that two people who have more than one regular size suitcase/person, to live in this hotel for sharing one room due to space issue.

I went to Hong Kong to get married and to spend my honeymoon with my bride. The room was rather small, but as long as we were together, space did not really matter. We visited with relatives and friends and did some sight-seeing. We really enjoyed having a place of our own, where we could relax and spend quality time with each other.

Terrible, awful, like bird cage

If they mean that the rooms are small, than YES, they are! No space for a suitcase. The location is okay, 5 minutes walk from the MTR, but not a pleasant walk. If you know all this, than you understand the price which is good. Don't pay too much, don't expect too much.

I just needed a place to rest at night. And this hotel is a place for it. The bad is there is no Wi-Fi in rooms. The room is too small for me to find a place for my luggage. The single bad takes about 80 percent of whole area. It's the smallest room I've ever known. One more thing, there is no sight-seeing around this hotel. Not much people speak English in that area. There is also a restaurant closed from the hotel.

No way to compare others hotels.
