Best Western Plus Hotel Kowloon

3.5 out of 5.0

Recent guest reviews

I spent four nights at the Best Western Plus Hotel Kowloon, which amounted to four nights of discomfort and pain. The best was so firm it was practically like sleeping on the floor. I actually the word "solid" would be more appropriate. The bed aside, the room had barely any lights. The two bedside lights did not work, and the dim lighting in the entrance cast the mood of being in a dungeon. The front desk staff were not helpful and responsive. I most certainly would not return to this hotel.

First look upon arrival to the hotel is nice. All staff is helpful and friendly. But as soon as you arrive to the room, the picture is totally upsidedown. Horrible small room. Paris has bigger rooms. This is not a BW standard at all. How they can give a name to this?

a Super Old Hotel but in a Great Location + Value for Money. No Next Time

Construction noise from ground floor (impact hammer drill) is heard very loud in fourth floor. Cannot stay in room due to noise. Hotel should be closed during this period!

Check in wait was way to long ,Not really a great hotel

Every time I come to Hong Kong I check to see if this hotel has rooms and is priced right. Almost without exception I end up booking a room here because it has everything that I could ask for a hotel in Hong Kong. The location is perfect, just steps away from all the action of Tsim Tsa Shui. Super easy to get to from the airport, just take the train to the Kowloon Station and hop the airport express bus. Fantastic!

the staff are good., they attend to client inquiry quick. the only concern was bed linens and pillows., smells and sticky.

This hotel had a great price for the location, close to dinning as well as side seeing. Nice stuff, friendly and helpful. No problem with Internet. .

Room was small but fine for one night stay. Hong Kong has gotten pricey over past few years but this hotel was quite reasonable. Good location for tourists. Breakfast buffet only so so.

The hotel is situated in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui and that's mostly what's going for them. My hotel room was really small since I got a single kng bed. I wish I had asked for a room that had two beds just so that I have a bigger room because I could barely walk around in mine as it is.

The hotel was good enoght to saty one night, people was very helpful.

Didn't experience all the negative comments I read about this hotel - eg noisy, water leaks, no hot shower etc, room is small but I've stayd in even smaller ones like the 5-star Kowloon Hotel. [...]

Too small and dirty. Bathroom Full of mold. Can not walk bare foot on the carpet either made my feet dirty

Location is great! It is located at the center of Kowloon shopping and dinning district. However, the room I stayed is EXTREMELY noisy - the room I stayed is probably close to a operating machinery or something. I could not sleep ALL NIGHT and "had" to wake up and walk in the quiet HK streets 5 in the morning.

Room was old. Was not worth the money.
