Quiet neighborhood rental, minimal but clean.

We stayed as a family of 4 here. The house is furnished sparsely, clean and minimalist aesthetic. But sort of missing some extras. Theres literally 4 forks, spoons, plates, etc. So it makes it hard to cook with NO OTHER DISHES or bowls. However, the items provided are good quality. The dining table is extremely small and theres no other table or counter to sit atI have no idea why this house asks for a damage deposit. There's nothing to take or ruin. With the nearby activities veing all outdoors this house could really use a washer/dryer, or at least a dryer or clothes line/rack. The shower curtain in the black shower kept falling down. And the other shower didnt get fully hot, so my kids didnt want to use it. Okay. I did like the bedding, as it was cotton bedding. But they dont give top sheets, only a comforter. After we paid and got there we were told the dishwasher was out of use. Which was fine. Just another thing that was kind of off. Leading up to this trip, the host didnt reply to my request to postpone/move our dates due to bad weather. She didnt get back to me until we were shortly leaving to come. Otherwise we would have forfitted our stay cost if we chose to not go. But it took two days to get an response so that felt unfair.Then two hours before check out, we asked a question that didn't get responded to until we were checked out. a boat/trailer can be parked at this property but cant dock your boat here, too shallow/restricted .

Great River Getaway

We were looking for a last minute house near the river. This was perfect. Super close to Homosassa and Crystal rivers. Outdoor area was lovely. It could use just.a couple more pieces of furniture. Overall we had a great time.

Cute place in a quiet neighborhood right off a canal to get the perfect Florida experience. Great location, close to food and things to do. The house was spacious with a large backyard. I would highly recommend if you are ever vacationing in the area.

The outside is a work in progress. The inside is comfortable and beautifully clean, if sparsely furnished and equipped. The spring run in the back yard is the real attraction--water is like a panel opane of glass, and full of wildlife. We loved it
