The rooms are clean and the beds are soft. The bathrooms are modern with duel Shower-heads. The only downside for us was the elevators were malfunctioning. The buttons inside the elevator will not light up. 1 of the 2 elevators were out of service. We had to stay on one elevator as it went up and down hitting the 4th floor but multiple times. 2ed the pillows are soft but very small. Not a big deal but I had to fold it over and over to feel it under my head.

Very easy check in and simple stay. Clean room and quiet. What more can I ask for from a hotel near the airport?

We stayed for two nights, and we asked why our room was not serviced or given clean towels. We were told that we would have them taken care of by the time we returned from dinner, and nothing was done. I’ve never stayed in a hotel where it was not serviced during your stay Horrible!!!

I took an Uber to and from the airport. Apparently they have shuttle service but I was not aware or informed. It’s noisy, especially where my room was in front of the elevator. I say elevator singular, because one of the two was out of service

Pros: Free airport shuttle Decent breakfast, eggs, waffles, bacon Comfortable bed Cons: Told us they overbooked and did not have a room. Even after I called the week before to confirm. Waited in the lobby from 11pm to midnight for the room I booked 2 weeks in advance. Staff are not pleasant. Allan should not work with customers. Right off the highway, we could hear traffic the entire night even running a fan to drown it out did not help. Room was musty, but it was midnight and we already waited an hour in the lobby. You will be disappointed for what you pay for this hotel. Don’t use their cruise shuttle, Uber is cheaper.
