The shuttle driver is not a nice person he was very rude to me on several occasions. He was ready to fight I avoid him at all cost whenever I stay at ur hotel. That hotel used to be a much better place to stay before it was taking over a few years ago.

Rooms were very outdated. We didn't even have comforter on our beds only blanket. Very rude staff

employees great, very helpful. Pillows were so old and flat. time for new ones! A/C unit very loud, (glad I had ear plugs.)

My husband and I booked a room with a king size bed on Orbitz for this hotel (Days Inn - FLL airport). After we were given a room with two double beds, I went to the front desk and told them that we had booked a king and were given a double. They checked their computers and told us they didn't have a king room available. I asked if they at least had something with a queen size bed. We were told since we booked with a 3rd party we had to take what was available. They were full and didn't have anything else open. Once we went back to the room. The room looked like it hadn't been used in a while. The room was musky and everything was unplugged (lamps, tv, alarm clock etc.) then whenever we used water the plumbing made a very loud high pitch squealing noise. Once we made it to bed, the top sheet didn't cover my feet. The (twin size) top sheet had been put on sideways with the short side of the sheet going from head to foot leaving your feet without a top sheet. We checked the other bed and it was made the same way. Very weird but I guess they thought since the sheet wouldn't fit correctly since it was a twin at least sideways would completely cover the bed. Not a nice way to end a vacation.

The front entrance was just fine but the room we were given had been kicked in at some time and the door wasn't properly fixed. The bathroom light fixture flickered like you were in an old time movie.(drove us nuts) The room was clean and was fine. Our disappointment came when we went to get on the free shuttle to the airport we were signed up for and to see the rear end of it as it was leaving without us. "Oh", we were told "He leaves right at 8am" We came off the elevator at 8am and by the time we got to the door he had driven off not even checking if anyone was coming. They knew we were signed up for it. We ended up having to get a taxi which cost us $30 to get to the airport in time. Needless to say, we were very disappointed.

Nice hotel, quiet, clean, excellent location near the airport.

Very nice staff. Cleaning staff found us at the elevator before checkout and brought us a phone charger we left in the room. Overall nice stay.

We found dead roaches in our sheets and took a video of the ones crawling on our tooth brushes and on the sink. When complained at the counter, we received the response that there was not another room to move us and never offered clean bed sheets. We had to sleep that night with no sheets on the bed with the heater on. The towels scrapped my face due to the coarseness of the low quality grade. Only after begging for a refund did they credit us the one night we had found the roaches. Horrible! Customer service extremely unprofessional Yetzabet. If I were a secret shopper grading you on your personality, communication and customer service skills, you would be looking for another job! Manager on duty Joselyn, never once had the audacity to step in to offer assistance. I was given a business card that says 'Hotel of the year' Chairman's Award Winner-clearly someone was paid off to even give this award if indeed it is true and award must have been given from someone who stays at an oceanfront hotel, not at the Days Inn! The bonus was the courtesy bus driver who decided to jump in with his very poor broken English to help Yetzabet in explaining to us that roaches are every where except in his Cuban country. Imagine that, even roaches have immigrated to Miami from Cuba. No offense against Cubans but he should have stayed in the van and attend to his job as a driver. We had to disinfect our suitcases to make sure none of the roaches traveled with us home.

Hotel was fine No problems. Breakfast was very busy with ship in port and customers getting ready to depart. All in all was acceptable.

crowded with poor service. continental breakfast crowded with no room to eat. room fixtures in bad repair. room badly in need of remodeling.

For the money it was a great place to stay,it's older but overall clean. The staff was kind and nice. It was just fine for what we needed.

The hotel's location was ideal Check in was smooth and courteous and the services were verge good. The hotel met my expectations

Great location and great price. Only 10 to 15 minutes away from Miami, Fort Lauderdale and the beach. Great value

Great. It was a nice surprise for the price I paid with free good breakfast too. I will be back soon with my co-workers on mid October 2015.

Everything was better than expected. We will definitely be staying with them again

Was very convenient for my weekend getaway. pretty close to airport and Hard Rock. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was clean and the desk staff was nice but a couple of the men that drove the shuttle were not friendly and then stuck their hand out for a tip a woman shuttled us she was nice

Very good but we had some issues with the room on the first night very bad experience

This hotel is very clean and it's location was awesome to me because it's right next to the I 95. They need to have more choices with their complimentary breakfast.

I expected a bit more from Days Inn. The first thing was the room smelled very musty or moldy and the windows are sealed, so you can't air it out. The A/C unit is somewhat noisy but you can't be without it. Overall, the room had the amenities: microwave, fridge, desk, internet etc. and was clean enough for one night's stay. I gave it 2 points for cleanliness due to the odor.

Thank you so much for your recent stay and for taking the time so share your feedback! Having just purchased the property less than a year ago, there is a lot of TLC that we are constantly working on each month but we're thrilled for our major refurbishment coming later this year! Wishing you all the best in 2017 and hoping we can one day welcome you back to our fantastic, renovated property!
