It would have been a good place to stay but the a/c in our room only got it down to 85 at night which wasn't comfortable and we had to sleep on the pull out couch bed because there was no air coming from the vent in the bedroom. Asked for a different room and because they were over booked we had to suffer and when they said the maintenance had fixed the a/c it still only cooled off to around 80. Very disappointed with the room and they weren't willing to find us a room with a/c that worked properly

My only real complaint was the water pressure in the shower.

We had a lake view villa. It was really nice with a big screen tv. Very clean and a great value for the money. I had left some things there and I called and they are sending them to me. Great service...honest people. I would stay there again.

this is not a good place to stay if you are bringing your own boat ( or wanting to rent one, I heard several complaints while we were loading at the courtesy dock) There are no docks to rent , boaters must agree to have Marina put your boat in dry stack storage each night. Trust me you do not want these people moving your boat!!!! There is a courtesy dock but you can only use it for 15 minutes. Parking is a nightmare, there is no paved walkway and the marina manager/owner is cranky. Hotel/condo staff is not attentive or customer service based. We called for towels and a hair dryer at 7:00pm and they were not delivered until 10:30pm. (We called about 9:00 am that morning requesting towels and they were never delivered). Internet is 9.99 a day.

We absolutely loved this place. It was like having our own apartment. We had everything you could ever ask for including a full kitchen and laundry room. We had a minor issue the first night (neighbor's above had broke a water line) but the staff immediately moved us to another room and even upgraded our room to a lake view. Their maintenance man, Robert, even helped us move all of our belongings to the new room as we were traveling with a 1-month old infant. Awesome place to stay and this is our new favorite place to stay in Branson!

Beautiful location and amazing view, but serious issues with the room. One of the pull out beds were broken beyond repair which also impacted sitting on the furniture. Doors on the tv cabinet were falling off. Loose tiles in the bathrooms. Walls are paper thin and you can hear entire conversations from the renters in the next room. On a good note....staff were very friendly and did try and rectify all of the issues.

WE LOVE THE ROOMS, AVAILABLITY ON THINGS TO DO AND SEE. WE LOVE THE PEACE AND QUITE AND PRIVACY. A GREAT GET AWAY REJUVINATOR TRIP FOR US. WOULD LIKE TO HAVE A LATER CHECK OUT IS THE ONLY THING.

I got a great deal on this hotel so that is why we booked it. Overall it was OK. The location may be OK in the summer when you want to do lake activities, but if you are not there to do anything on the lake (like we were since it was December) the location is not good. It seems to be in the middle of no where. You have to drive 15 minutes to get food. Also when we checked in they tried to pressure us to sign up for a session about timeshares. They were very persistent about it so I can only imagine how persistent they would have been if we had actually gone to the presentation. The room was really nice and the view of the lake was gorgeous. Overall I would probably not stay here again due to the location and the pressure of attending at a timeshare presentation.

We have stayed at the other Westgate property in Branson before, this property is in no way as nice and as well kept as Westgate Branson Woods. There were light bulbs burnt out, grout coming out of the tile in the bathroom floor and the stool did not flush property with out being plunged. The window blinds were in very bad need of being replaced. The indoor pool and hot tub were closed. On a plus side the view of the lake was great.

My husband and I visited the resort to take a break from the stresses of life. Our stay was just that. We stayed in the one bedroom villa which was very roomy and comfortable and comes with a complete kitchen. We were able to relax and spend time in the pool and hot tub as well as take in the beautiful views of Table Rock Lake. The location is ideal because you are away from the tourism traffic, but only have about a 10 minute drive to the main strip. Our only disappointment was that the walls seem a little thin. We were able to hear those behind us as well as above and below us. But overall, it was a wonderful weekend away and we will definitely be staying there again.

For a one night getaway, it was a little pricey. It really wasn't that bad, but I had higher expectations. The vent rattled, the people above walked heavily and woke early, and I was hoping for softer towels and a bigger bathtub. If asked to stay again, I would, but I would ask for a different floor.

We found the resort with very little trouble - even in the dark! The check-in staff was friendly and helpful. As a matter of fact, all the staff we encountered were very friendly. The condo was very clean and furnishings were modern and top notch. We had the best view of the lake and it was so refreshing to sit out on the balcony and just relax! I WILL be going back to that resort!!

Very difficult to find! We came in on a dark rainy evening (the plane was late due to heavy rain). No one at airport, car rental or several places we stopped tor directions. Emerald point is a private gated community and not on any maps. The owner of Branson Travel finally led us all the way to Westgate. In the day light and having been led there the location was not that bad. Had to dirve 5 miles for any food, except for 1 coffee envelope there was nothing to be found on Emeral Point this time of year!

We usually stay at Big Cedar Lodge but was not able to book this year. I took a chance and booked with Westgate and was very pleased. We have two small grandsons and they need plenty of room to unwind and that is exactly what we had in the 2-bedroom condo that we rented. The condo had a screened in patio that had the view of the lake. There was also a rock pathway that led down to the lake which the boys really enjoyed. The condo was very clean and stocked with all the convienences of home. We really enjoyed our stay and would book again. The price was also very reasonable.

We were pleased with the discounts for Silver Dollar City

Hotel was nice , great place to stay if you don't mind the filth on the furniture and carpet and sink and the toilet and the bath tub and...lol. I'm serious , "Great view" that's the only thing they got going for them, sheets where clean or at least they look like it, figure that one out .. could not do anything about it , I was there with my kids for spring break, last minute thing, didn't care about the price just wanted a nice place so we all could had a nice place to stay at, it does look just like in the picture , the outside that is.. inside different story. could not set on the sofa or couch, could not walk bare footed and so on and on. luckily we didn't spent much time inside just long enough to take showers and to sleep. .. 20 minutes from branson. silver Dollar City another 15-20.

Rest and privacy on a beautiful lake.

We were welcomed to our room with a real key that didn't work easily in the knob and a stinch of rotten fish in our condo. Our view was of the parking lot not the lake - what's the point of paying to stay lakeshore and not see the lake. Maintenance people were great which is unfortunate that we found out. Almost knew them by name. The bed and hide a way bed were HORRIBLE. We did bring a blow up bed just in case it was needed - praise God we did. People at the front desk were hateful on the phone with a tone of inconvience. Face to face they were nice. No maid service so you have to go to housekeeping to get your own towels. For $100 + a night I would have expected a little better. Emerald Point is marked off of our list of hotels/resorts to stay at.

Great hotel!! We were very impressed with the size of the room and how clean it was. We will be staying there again. The only negative would be the distance from Branson. If you are looking for a 5 minute trip, then find a hotel in Branson.

This was a great location with a great room. We had a great view of Table Rock Lake. Great spot to relax and still be close enough to take in some of the shows in Branson.
