Very comfy and clean room. The breakfast was great as well!

Although reserved in advance, the room was for handicapped visitors. The refrigerator was in the bathroom, and the room itself had a musty odor. We had to cancel our second night stay and move to another hotel.

The only con is that the room only had half-size pillows like the ones' you have on a couch. Instead of the four small pillows, I would prefer two standard size pillows. It's a fairly decent stay for a work trip.

The motel was pretty much Plain Vanilla but it served the purpose. A soft easy chair would have made the room a lot more inviting. The lighting was typical low grade as is often found in budget hotel properties.

Stayed here for its proximity to Pinnacles N.P. eastern side. Room a bit dated. Could not get AC to work in the room. Microscopic controls. Bed a bit 'tired.' TV only showed black and white picture. Appreciated the breakfast croissant sandwich in the a.m. Variety of other breakfast offerings. Close to US 25 south, but a bit on the outskirts of town. Few amenities nearby within walking distance.

Was looking for a place to crash since I was the emergency fill in for work in Hollister and found this Best Western at the last minute. Service was great and the room was clean and well lit with full breakfast in the morning. Would most definitely stay here again if I'm ever needed back at Hollister.

As a single woman travelling to Hollister this is a great hotel. IT's clean, convenient, and very reasonable with a great breakfast. I would not recommend this hotel for younger females that are traveling alone. The clientele at this hotel tend to be younger men, who like to drink, and party. So it may be a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise great!

We chose this location because it was near Pinnacles National Park's east side/entrance. Clean, safe, average - would stay again if in the area.

I was on a photography shoot at Pinnacles National Park and this was the only hotel that had a rating worthy of booking. When I arrived at 8:30 p.m., the staff was friendly and knowledgeable about my needs. Unfortunately, the room was average and the pillows on my bed were brown stained (with the stains turned to the backside which made me believe someone knew they were stained and too lazy to correct). I threw the pillows on the ground and had a miserable night of rest as I overheard every noise from late arriving guests. I would recommend the staff. I would not recommend the hotel.

The room smells of a deodorizer that is trying to cover up the smell of something. I felt itchy all over sleeping on the bed. My room had a fly in it right when I walked in and I ended up getting a few bites on my feet from something the next morning.

I made my reservation via a discount company, and requested a non smoking room. At check in, I was told that both of my rooms were smoking rooms. the night clerk was able to switch our rooms to non-smoking, but they were far apart

overall it was ordinary but they did not provide us the soaps and the shampoo as well as there were not all the towels in the room. Room was almost clean.

Room is slightly small, (especially the bathroom) but is clean and smells clean. Agricultural area so surroundings have a slight pungent smell but not in the room itself. Breakfast is ok. Staff was very helpful and prepared. They have a complete list of places you can eat.

The staff was very helpful. The rooms were cline and spicy. The location is a short distance from all the interesting location.

room was very clean. very good location easy entrance and easy access to shopping area, will do this again soon.

Nice room but no breakfast. Frozen coffee and no pastries!

No problems. Quick check-in. Good internet speed. Clean room with modern furnishings.

Budget price hotel in what can be an expensive area. No bar to socialise around especially as it is not in easy walking distance to anywhere. Rooms were clean and had a good supply of complimentary toiletries. Breakfast was basic and slightly lacking in content. If eating out you would have to drive or take a taxi.

The people were cordial and the room was fine. Nothing special.

We didn't stay in our room very often, especially since we stayed for one night and were at a wedding celebration during the day, but the service in the lobby was great and the rooms were very nice and very clean. The fact that the hotel service and room were great was a nice ending to a beautiful wedding celebration.
