Read all the reviews. This place is severely unsafe. We were in town for a funeral and could not bear one single night here. We checked in, went to our room on the third floor, turned around and checked out for a refund. The front desk clerk did not hesitate to give it and seemed as though she’d done it many times before. The hotel feels like a homeless shelter. There are people living here on a semi permanent basis. There is heavy weed use, fighting and a significant ‘lived in’ odor. We moved over to the Hotel Right Next Door and found it much better. Do yourself a favor, spend the extra money and sleep safe.
This was my 3rd stay here. My only complaint is that it seems that all the non-smoking rooms are on the 2nd floor. I am 68 and don't smoke and have never been able to get a ground level room. all three stays have been upstairs and at the far end of the facility away from the elevator. The only ground room floors they had availably were smoking.
Conveniently located off Airport highway. Decent rooms for the money
Excellent front desk staff. Room comfortable & clean. Breakfast pretty good. Road noise from I 475 comes through a bit
The HVAC unit sounded like a train. I had to turn it off so I could sleep. The light over the desk did not work. I went to use the coffee pot and it was full of water already. I’m guessing because it didn’t work for last person who tried not sure how long ago that was.
Hotel was average for a 2 night stay. There are things to do near by such as a mall (about 15 mins away) any plenty of restaurants to choose from. The breakfast at the hotel was nice with a typical selection of breakfast items
Hotel was better than expected price. Main check in office under construction. The bathroom needed to be upgraded but room overall ok for price

Nothing special, overnight stay on way thru Ohio. Only in town for the night.
Had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come to the desk to check in. Another person was in front waiting for check in too. The online description about the room stated there was a full breakfast bar, it turned out it was a continental breakfast bar. The breakfast bar had cold eggs. The room wasn't very clean. Stayed 2 nights, the maid didn't clean the room after the 1st night. Only good thing was check out was quick.
First time in Ohio and totally enjoyed it. Staff was very informative, friendly
Fastest check in ever but not the best hotel. It served its purpose though and cheap.
The customer service provided by Jessica was nothing short of horrendous. She called the customers liars and said that even though prior to our stay we confirmed some things with her and the manager, Cindy, she acted as if the phone calls never happened even though we provided proof. If you are looking for a hotel with quality staff, please be wary of this particular hotel.
At check in the clerk could not find the reservation. No heat in the room, had to be moved. Second room was dirty, had not been cleaned very well, garbage not empty from day before, hair in the shower. The door would not open properly, had to mess with it to get it open. I have stayed here in the past, never again.
it was perfect for a night away with the sweetheart! We just wanted a place to lay our heads for a night on the town.
Room OK, but entrance, lobby and elevator were filthy. Breakfast so limited we did not bother. Coffee was undrinkable. Cheap stay and old I can deal with but not with dirt.

Dear Guest, I apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay. The light and coffee maker is powered by the light switch just inside the door. Despite these issues, I hope you give us another chance to make it up to you.
