Service was great. The people were excellent and very helpful. The room was clean and quiet.

Very enjoyable. Good location The staff was very helpful.

3 couples waiting in lobby after check in time one man was changing his belt and socks and shoes so they could make it in time for an award dinner for his wife. It was disgraceful to put people through this.

This place was clean,,,close to 31- great outdoor fire pit. Very nice rooms,

Our room had a bad odor and they were at capacity so getting a different room wasn't a option. I was disappointed with that, it gave us the feeling the room was dirty and as a result I wouldn't rebook there again. Other than that the hotel was okay. I would rate it a 2.5 out of 5.

Clean and comfortable. I would stay there again. Only negative comment is the hotel is a little bit hard to find because there is no sIgnace at the road and the sign on the proper ty can't be seen from the road. Rooms very clean, staff very nice. A+.

A very nice renovation was done a couple years back, but this hotel doesn't seem to be concerned with ongoing maintenance of small things: wall paper coming off, rust on the tub surround, carpet stains, etc. The room itself was very clean, the bed comfortable, and everything works well (air conditioning, plumbing, etc.). The main drawback of this hotel is the lack of an elevator. Breakfast has improved over the years, and there are more options. Desk is staffed by one very young girl, not particularly friendly or welcoming, but does the job.

needed good directions to hotel as others have stated. We liked the fact that it was small and intimate for lack of a better word. Room with 2 queen beds was small but we didn't stay in too much. We had 3 bikes and it worked for our purposes. I did notice stains on each comforter but know they can't clean those every time. I would have asked these to be replaced but we were on our last night when I noticed.

Very hard to find. Once there, the hotel was very nice, clean. Back door was broke, so had to walk around to front door. Breakfast was good.

It was very difficult to find as there is no signage on the road that leads into the shopping center. Most surprised by the lack of elevators, That should have been noted on the description of the hotel. The staff did accommodate and found a room on the first floor. Food was typical of a similar priced hotels.

We enjoyed the room and the quiet. The breakfast was very good. Like the ability to have hot drinks available all day. Cookies were a nice touch as well. A little difficult to find. Needs better signage but worth the couple of miss turns we made before our arrival.

We were there with many other people for a college weekend, and hotel was unprepared; staff could not keep up with breakfast demand- 6 empty coffee urns and empty sugar/creamer, when food refills were brought out they were all undercooked, little oatmeal stuck to the bottom of warmer, tables not wiped off. Mattress was lumpy and coverlet too heavy for the weather. Location was good, quiet behind a shopping center, though hard to find initially. Staff was pleasant. Stay was ok but rate should have been 2/3 what we paid. Will shop around, even pay more for better value next time.

Cute hotel! We enjoyed our stay during our anniversary weekend. The room is clean and comfortable. Some kid noise in the hallway but it's a parenting issue I guess. I do recommend this hotel to couples who are spending time in Saugatuck or Holland.

The hotel is a little hard to find as it is buried back behind a shopping center but was great once we found it. The staff was friendly, the room was very nice, and while we had breakfast plans each morning the breakfast seemed like a nice spread. They always had coffee available and there were plenty of stores, restaurants, and attractions within 30 mins. It is a 10 min drive to Holland and 30 mins to either Grand Haven or Grand Rapids giving you plenty of options. The only thing I will note is they do not have an elevator. The only way to the 2nd floor is via stairs. This was not a problem for us but we did see another family who had to guide their elderly grandmother down the steps backwards just to get her down.

The room was clean and the hotel is located close to Walmart. The only drawback for the hotel is there is no lift.

Room was clean and well appointed. Everything met our expectations.

This was one of the cleanest motels we have stayed in. The new renovations are lovely! The staff was very accommodating and friendly! We did find it odd that there was no elevator available, but were told that with only a two story building, that was not required. This seems to limit accessibility for "seniors" who might find steps a challenge. All in all, however, we were very impressed and would find another of these chains in the future! :)

When we got there, we found that the pool was closed and that the work-out room was also. Front desk people were extremely unhelpful. The room itself was not bad. We felt we should have known going in of the parts of the motel not in operation.

Nice place once we found it. Could be signed better, nice staff and comfortable rooms.

Great location to tour HOlland and surrouding countryside.

We apologize that you were unable to check in when you arrived. We always do whatever we can to allow guests to check in as soon as they arrive. However, sometimes we are unable to fulfill this on days where we were sold out the night before. We do hope that the rest of your stay was enjoyable and you might visit us again in the future.
