The staff was excellent! They knew our names the day we arrived, made registration very pleasant, and promptly met our every request. We asked about tours, they helped and didn't push expensive options. The bed was huge and for us picky pillow and mattress people, the bedding was perfect. We watched the sun come up over the river every morning from our balcony seats. the food and drinks were very good. We took the cooking class with the head chef, learned and made an excellent meal with some hand holding.
We stayed at this hotel for Christmas and the staff went above and beyond to make sure our Christmas special. There was a Christmas Eve gala that includes drinks, a buffet and singing. The spa was great. The restaurant served a variety of foods that were all good. The staff was amazing too!
