We are located on the 4 km long Wohlenberger Wiek. The bay has shallow water and is ideal for children, surfers etc. Wismar is 15 minutes away. Boltenhagen as well. Riostock Schwerin can be reached in about 45 minutes. We have well-developed cycle paths in all directions. The Tiger Park Dassow, the Butterfly Park Klütz, the Phantechníkum Wismar, the zoo and the world heritage city itself are not far away. There are plenty of restaurants in the area - something for everyone. The bread roll service and more is provided by a local baker. This house has a table with 12 seats, which is protected from the sun by an awning. Furthermore, there are 3 sunbeds on the fenced property, an adventure playground (fenced) and a large ball playground in the immediate vicinity offers children from 2 to 80 enough opportunities to let off steam. The whirlpool can be booked on site. There is also a beach chair on the large plot of land.

The fenced house consists of 2 parts. In the thatched house is the living area, kitchen and dining table and space with flat - TV. There is room for everyone - there is also a shower room on the ground floor. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with shower. Then in the pointed roof still 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. From the upper floor a large bathrobe corridor leads to the upper floor of your private swimming pool. There are 2 more bedrooms - one with a double bed and balcony and one with 2 single beds. There is also space for the sauna and steam bath and 2 large baths/showers. The entire ground floor then consists of a 10 x 5 metre swimming pool. The view from everywhere is of greenery. On the terraces there is also an outdoor whirlpool for every season, which can optionally be booked on site. The barbecue terrace has a great awning for shade. We mow the lawn with robots... Dog is possible for a fee - the house is fenced. Please book in advance...
