- Our place is nestled at the entrance of a peaceful dead-end alley with deep-rooted heritage, where middle-class families have called home since independence in 1975.
- In the early morning, you’ll witness the vibrant energy of local food vendors serving up breakfast and local coffee talk —an authentic slice of Saigon, the land of progression.
- The room is thoughtfully designed with inspiration from the Vietnamese concept of “home” and the distinctive modernist architecture of Saigon. Every piece is carefully selected—from the truly vintage sofa to the artworks we painted ourselves.

***Few things to note:
- This is a self-check-in property.
- The room is on the 3rd floor, without an elevator. The stairs are very spacious, but let us know if you need help with the luggage.
- We do not provide daily cleaning or personal care product replenishment. However, for bookings over 7 days, we offer weekly cleaning and replenishment.
- During weekdays, the alley is a bit messy with light level talking in the morning from early-waking food vendors. Yet, this is an experience worth immersing when coming to Saigon, you’ll see how warm the locals truly are.
