The staff is very professional and returned overseas emails promptly. Their airport van was there to pick us up at the airport even though we arrived at 2:00 AM. Got a free room upgrade without even requesting one. Breakfast buffet was amazing! Air conditioning in the room was ice cold. Clean rooms and polite staff. They always went out of their way to welcome us as we returned from trips. I'll stay here again!!

I would recommend this hotel, I was very pleased with the staff & room. My only complaint was they charge more for 2 people!

This hotel was perfect for a one night stay for my last night in the city. Furthermore, for those wishing to stay longer, the hotel offers a variety of tours.

Too noisy when someone close the door, and the jacuzzi have been leaking

Besides the room smelling of smoke, a strange layout for the shower in the bathroom, and a few other small bits...this Hotel and the Breakfast Buffet were AMAZING. The staff were amazing and we were treated very well. At $65 USD per night, I would consider it a fair cost for the services.

Bed is very hard like a rock. As are all other beds in hotels in this city. The ones I tried. The room is very old and outdated. My room had a building in front so no view. Room was I would say poor. Only good if u are on a budget and don't mind a hard bed and just want to sleep in room. Staff is very nice and this hotel is ok for the price.

Edenstar is solid four stars, if it hasn't for stolen money at the spa. Fairly good location and good value for your money and decent free breakfast too. Internet speed is fast, but some TV program lacks English business channels. The spa was a bit more expensive than other locations, but it had advantage of being convenient. Wasn't sure, they will accept credit cards, so I brought both cash and credit cards, but when I try to pay my tip, my main cashes were gone. I had few extra bucks and tip the massesses about 20% tip, but she complained it wasn't enough. I was not happy about this experiences. Obviously I never went there again and I'll probably stay away from this hotel.

The location is excellent, but customer service and facility is not perfect for 4-star hotel

I stayed my last three nights in Saigon here. Overall, a great experience. Staff are very helpful and speak English well. The rooms are very nice, clean, and comfortable. A/C takes a bit of time to cool down the room when you first come in, but works good. Free buffet breakfast includes Asian and western style food, including a separate station for made-on-the-spot pho. My only complaints are minor and seemed to be the same at every hotel in VN: 1. Noise from the hallway is noticeable at times. This is an upscale hotel so no real worries about rowdy guests, but you will probably be able to hear the housekeeping staff in the morning and possibly the elevator traffic. 2. There was constant construction noise coming from an alleyway behind the hotel. Again, I experienced something similar in almost every hotel I stayed in. I think it's just part of city life in VN. When I asked the hotel staff about it, they promptly moved me to a higher floor away from the construction. Lastly, the location is good. You will be only about a 30 Dong ($1.50) taxi fare away from bui vien st., the backpackers area, and the night market. Also, there is a circle k very close for any minor needs (water, beer, a sudden craving for string cheese in the middle of the night.)

Excellent hotel. Great location. Nice rooftop pool, bar and restaurant. Very reasonable price.

The hotel was very clean and spacious. It offered a veriety of breakfast choices The breakfast also changed daily. The staff were very helpful.

The staff was very kind at check in and we found our room to be vry clean and well-appointed with everything you will need. Free water bottles, mini bar fridge, coffee and tea-making facilities, robes, slippers, toiletries. The location also had a fitness room and a cool roof-top bar with a swimming pool and great Happy Hour. What really stood out here was the amazing Breakfast each morning, you had options of eastern, western, Pho, omelet bar, ect.. I could go on and on. Our meals lasted us for a full day of sightseeing. This hotel makes for a luxurious base camp.

The Eden Star exceeded my expectations. The location is great for downtown attractions and the rooftop pool is really fabulous with a terrific view of the city. The staff was friendly and the rooms quiet and clean. Ask for a room with a view of the city rather than walls of adjacent buildings.

got upgraded, very nice staff, close to district 1, good choice of breakfast. Strongly recommended. like the swimming pool and 24hrs spa.

Lovely hotel, clean and comfortable rooms (although beds quite hard). Good location, walking distance to many tourist spots. Great buffet breakfast - awesome selection of hot foods, pho, fruits, cereal, yoghurt.

Eden Saigon Hotel was a fabulous hotel, recommended by a friend. The rooms are large, accommodating for 2 beds if needed. They have free Wi-Fi, great bathroom, flat screen TV w/ Cable. The were always clean and tidy, and the maids always ensured that the breakfast meal coupons were left. The morning breakfast here was fabulous! Large assortment of fruit, choice of bacon or sausage (more of a lil-smokey type sausage), scrambled eggs, fresh squeezed juice, milk, noodles, sauteed vegetables, pho and tons of morning grain. If you can't find something you like i'll be damned. The hotel had a wonderful rooftop bar, dining and pool on the 12th floor. On the weekend they have an amazing steak bbq. It is a wonderful place to relax from city walking, day or night. The hotel staff are so nice and willing to help you with everything, not shy of even calling the elevator for you. With the staff, amenities and luxury of it all this place gives a wonderful high end experience for cheap. Lastly, air conditioning in the hotel is fabulous. Nearly a must in Vietnam as it gets hot. When you are ready for the heat step out the giant glass french doors onto a small side street. Having the hotel on a side street is perfect as Vietnam can be a chaotic experience on the main roads. However, the street is not so small as to not contain great options right near by with a mini-mart across the street, quick bite to eat up and down in both directions and a local bar or two. Great things to do near by, check out Ben Thanh Market about a tolerable 15 minute heart-checking walk due East. If you get hot along the way stop at the near by Starbucks for some iced tea/coffee/water (water is safe) it is air-conditioned and located as a giant madness 3 lane round-about. At night head South-East (Between Đỗ Quang Đẩu and Đề Thám) and experience an amazing atmosphere of people, vendors, bars, nightlife, food and more. This will be the best thing you've seen at night and everyone down there is having fun!

Eden Saigon is conveniently located near a lot of the HCMC sights, such as Ben Thanh Market, Reunification Palace, etc. The room is quite nice with a very interesting glass-walled bathroom and plenty of toiletries and so forth. The pool on the roof is a great thing to have in the city, although it was a touch on the chilly side. Breakfast was decent enough--a large buffet that changed slightly every day, but for the most part the food wasn't of the best quality. The omelette bar and fresh fruit are probably the best options for those who prefer Western breakfast. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Overall a great place to stay.

Very Nice everything compare with price. I hope a one thing to upgrade breakfast quality and service.

We found the room to be quite comfortable. We did not get a chance to enjoy the amenities so can`t speak to that; however, the staff was very friendly and spoke English. I would recommend this place.

This was nice hotel close enough to the centre of town. Good breakfast and nice facilities. I thought the room a little smaller than I expected. View from the bar on the 12th floor good to experience. Over all recommended.
