Hotel is ok, area sketchy, staff were great, dog friendly but not much area to walk them. Room was updated and ok for an older building. Breakfast is mediocre. Good sausage and biscuits. Noisy because its an older building. They keep lobby very clean.

The entrance to the facility seemed attractive, but once inside, did not find the guest receptionist very friendly. Facility seemed under construction. Always a crowd of people who stood around just outside the door swearing and smoking. Breakfast was the worst I've had.
Rough start, but front desk, Rachel, got us to another room that was better. 204 had no draw cilurtains, food and opened soda cans in fridge, a bathroom door that would not close, just yucky. We were moved for the balance of the 4 nights remaining. Beds were comfortable. People wete pleasant. The girl cleaning the rooms. (Red hair), was really sweet.
Staff was great, very clean hotel. I was charged an extra $50.00 per room on my arrival that I was told would be refunded upon checkout, that has not been done, then I was charged another $10.00 per room for card validation that I was told would be refunded, that has not been refunded. I was charged two different prices for both rooms, even though they were the exact same. No explanation given. I don’t appreciate having additional $120 tied up in my account . They allowed people to take up 5 parking spots at a time with cars and trailers instead of having them unhook their trailers. I had a disabled vet and the second night we waited until after midnight until a parking spot finally came available Will not rebook
Loved the stairs and fireplace in the lobby. The ladies at the front desk was very nice and helpful.
Nice place. Beds comfy! Shower could use updating. Will stay again.
I love the fact it was extremely quit and clean , I didn’t like the bath room tub was a little dirty .
We were not able to check into hotel due to overwhelming burn smell. A guest had severly burnt food in a microwave that was unacceptable. WE HAVE CONTACTED ORBITZ AND REQUESTED A REFUND.
I was pretty disappointed in this facility, the rooms were hot and smelled musty and we had a family above us that were so loud and sounded like a herd of elephants that I called the front desk to see if we could possibly move rooms. They were sold out so the front desk did call up to the room and they quieted down some but it was nerve wracking for my small child.
Very accommodating staff. Husband uses cane so they put us on first floor.
good over all ,room was hot on avial ,took time to cool breakfast was o.k. no egges or meat
The hotel was nice enough, staff was completely friendly, but the hotel was overrun with some people there for a family reunion and they pretty much devoured the whole place. They took over and blocked the whole front porch area where you only had one little section to enter and exit. Then, about 12 in the morning, it sounded like whoever was above us was jumping off the furniture and having a race through the room....and they weighed 1000 lbs. I decided to not to call the front desk because we were only there for one night. Would I stay there again? Yes. I would ask first if there is a family reunion in town.
The only complaint I have about our room is, we needed an handicap room and there were none available.
Only used Inn for sleep,gromming, and breakfast.Beds were great, bath was good, and breakfast was enjoyable.
Stayed here for Family wedding and sight seeing. Nice area close to shopping and plenty of places to eat. Easy access to Atlanta and activities
