the 2 rear doors to get into the hotel are broken and do NOT close. people and animals can enter the premises. the doors stay open at the bottom approx. 2" . the Ice machine on the 1st floor is broken. you have to use the ice machine on the 3rd floor.
The property is run down. Our room the 1st night was gross. The bedding hadn't been changed from prior guests. Floors in the room were filthy. Bathroom was filthy. Common areas smelled of marijuana smoke
Outstanding breakfast, room very clean. Staff was helpful. Location excellent for Fort Stewart. Only ding was pool not being open. If this is important to you, call hotel directly to see if open.
FROM THE MINUTE WE CHECKED IN THE ROOM HAD TO BE SWITCHED FOR NO AC THE MOTEL Was rundown looked in need of maintenance. The Room was lacking dirty clothes bag each day. the desk staff didn't appear to have much smarts about the bill as a matter of fact i'm still in litigation over them charging me for three days instead of the two that i actually booked and stayed, i've talked to the general mgr. several times about this and finally had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. Plus their breakfast was terrible. and the security door exit was always unlocked 24/7 to allow just anybody off the street to walk in. I'll never stay at a country inn and suites again.
Convenience to base but disappointed it promotes outdoor pool and it was closed.
The staff is very kind and accommodating. Nice room for the price.
Just Ok. Hotel has a "stinch" smelled like a Bengay nursing home. pool keypad does not work I told clerk at front Desk and she just laughed at me. Couldn't enjoy the pool because the bugs were so bad-they need to spray. My room was not cleaned very well after the 1st night. Breakfast was pretty good
The hotel was very nice and it was up to date!! The continental breakfast was absolutely delicious! The hotel was quiet and peaceful. I love that the breakfast time was not one hour in length, meaning you have to be there between 6 and 7 am! I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I needed to!!!
We broght our daughter her car. We were able to go on base and look around. Enjoyable stay. This hotel beat the last hotel in town by a mile! Thanks

This hotel was nice enough, for the price. Close to everything, as there is not a lot around past the three mile radius from the hotel.
We decided to stop for the night on a long drive and simply chose this hotel at random. It was further from the interstate than we realized. But, other than that, it was a nice place to stay.
It was fantastic! All hotel staff was very friendly! Loved the breakfast AND cookies for snack. Room was very clean!!
Hotel was okay but the breakfast was not worth eating. I ended up eating breakfast someplace else.
Room was nice. AC was very noisy, Toilet was loose, and we thought it would tip over when you lean. Wood shims were under the edges, and they had shifted. Coded keys never ever worked the first or second pass...had to change a couple of times over a five day stay. Breakfast was great. If you like Georgia grits, eggs, sausage, hash browns, make your own waffle, and all the other continental fare. All the food was concentrated in one corner of the room, making it hard to serve yourself if there was a crowd. Walking distance to Dairy Queen, and small shops. Used Laundramat while there.
The stay was absolutely great had no problems what so ever. Would recommend to everyone
We were there for a welcome home ceremony for the Army. This by far was the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff was excellent and friendly. Especially the lady that ran the breakfast area. She was very friendly, helpful and a great cook. We have 2 soldiers at Ft Stewart and will return to this hotel, when traveling to see them. Great job to this hotel, it takes alot to impress my husband and they did it.
Made a special request for a non-smoking room. We were told that we could not be accommodated due to Hotel being full. Over half the parking lot was empty and the whole place smelled of stale cigarettes. House keeping woke us up trying to to get dirty linings 3 hours before check out. Shower would not drain, windows would not stay open and screens were missing.

The pool is open and we apologize it wasn't when you arrived. New ownership took over and all permits were null and void.

All pools in Hinesville don't open until Memorial Day weekend that are on the outside of the hotel. Our apologies that it wasn't able to be used.
