Cozy Beachside - 1st Floor Condo - Monthly Rates Through 2/28/26!

Cozy Beachside overlooks the ocean at the premier Hilton Head Beach and Tennis gated community. This condo is conveniently located on the first floor just steps away from the ocean, community pool, and on site restaurants. This 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo has been recently updated and will sleep up to four people. Property amenities include: pickleball courts, tennis courts, fitness center, laundry facilities. Come relax and enjoy island life. The kitchen is very well equipped! There is a coffee maker, toaster, blender, and so many other appliances. No need to bring hand soap, dish soap or dishwasher soap as we provide that for your stay. All linens provided as well as 2 beach chairs and an umbrella!

Located mid-island you'll find that you are close to everything the island has to offer including water sports, fine dining, fishing, and of course, the beach! During the summer months, there are multiple kid-friendly activities like hair braiding, family movie night at the pool, ice cream, trivia, magic, karaoke, airbrush tattoos, and more!

The Breeze trolley service runs every 30 minutes and has a stop at the resort. It starts back up again on March 29th, 2025 and will run until around Labor Day. It is available from 1PM-10PM during the week and 1PM-11PM on Friday & Saturday.

This resort has a NO PETS policy. If you have a service animal, please let us know! This condo is NON-SMOKING or vaping, even on the balcony.
