Enjoy 270-degree views from the fourth level Turtle Watch deck or hang out on the private, third level Junior Master balcony. This is the perfect spot to star gaze at night and you can even see the Tybee Island lighthouse.

The main deck has something for everyone: grilling at the summer kitchen, taking a nap in the swing bed, or enjoying the fireplace while watching your favorite team on the 75” UHD tv on the indoor/outdoor screened porch. On the pool deck in addition to the fabulous pool, you can enjoy the fire pit, ping pong, or catch some rays on the dune deck. You are 20 steps to the beach on your private dune walkover with the perfect location in North Forest Beach. You also have a Sonos sound system with three outside zones for you to enjoy your favorite music from your phone or iPad.

Southern Comfort has everything you can imagine for the perfect family vacation. As you enter the massive 1250 square foot living area you are greeted with a breathtaking ocean view through the multi-sliding window wall. The main floor with its open floor plan features a gourmet kitchen, large living room, two seating areas, and a dining room. The kitchen has 2 full-size refrigerators with ice makers, a beverage fridge, an ice machine, dual dishwashers, two stoves, a microwave, and a gas stovetop with pot filler. There is also a prep sink and plenty of storage. The large dining table has seating for 10 and several bar stools around the kitchen. The TV living space has a plush couch and 2 chairs and ocean views and a 75” UHD tv. There is another seating area with another couch and more chairs, also with amazing ocean views. Just off the living rooms are a powder room and the master suite. The living area also has a Sonos music zone.

The master suite has everything you can think of. There is a 65” UHD Smart TV, motorized window treatments, and doors to the master porch. The large barn door leads to the master bathroom. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower with several water features and is a fully automatic set of controls, just to name a few of the many features the room has to offer. Just off the master suite is the covered patio with its large screen TV, and fireplace. The screened deck connects to the main deck.

The 2nd floor features bedrooms, all with private en-suites bathrooms. Also, there is a 2nd living room, a large porch, laundry room, and a coffee bar station. A desk area with a wireless printer is also just outside the room for your use. The 2nd-floor living room has a sleeper sofa and plenty of seating for everyone to join to watch the game on the large flat screen. The 1st bedroom features a queen bed with a large flat-screen TV and bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Just off the living room is the 2nd guest bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bath. This guest bedroom has access to the large back deck as well and is just off the spiral staircase. The 3rd guest bedroom also features a king bedroom and en-suite bath. There is a 4th guest bedroom with 2 queen beds and an en-suite bath on the 2nd floor. The 5th bedroom on the 2nd floor is the junior master suite, with a king bed, private covered deck with amazing ocean views access to the main 2nd-floor deck.

Your kids and grandkids (even teenagers!) will love the 3rd-floor bunk room! The bunk room features 4 sets of built-in bunk beds, each with a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed on the top. Each bed has an outlet and USB charger along with their night light. Access to the Turtle Watch private deck off the bunk room is available with written consent before arrival. There are 2 full baths off the bunk room, each with private showers.
