This property is not for a family with kids. We got called twice saying that we were walking too loud on the property and it was disturbing the guest underneath us. We felt like we were walking on eggshells our entire stay. We had to tell everyone not to move unless it was necessary to. Also, on our last night, the A/C stop working. Other thing those things, we enjoy Hilton Head as usual. However, we will not stay on this property again.
My only dislike was the small parking spaces under building 4. Was difficult to park our van.
