Area is fantastic. There is not a bad area on the island hotel is very old felt like staying in a poor quality Motel 6.

We liked the proximity to shopping, beaches, and dining plus the price point was the most afford on the island for our quick over night stay just to sleep in a bed. The property is dated but for a quick over night trip it was ok. Won't recommend for family as there is anything at the property for kids to do.
The staff is protective, caring, and polite to me. They really take care of me. The rooms are spotless. Being only a handful of miles from the beach, this is my hotel of choice, not being a weatllthy person and being treated so nicely in such clean accomodations.

The check in is from 2:00 to 4:00pm!!!! I came at 6:00 couldn’t get in!!!! I want my money back!
The wifi was not that great in my room on the third floor.
Everything worked as it should. One could walk to Burger King if they wanted. Walmart is a very very short drive across the road. The Cross Island Parkway is not that far at all for getting to the Coligny area.
Great friendly service and staff
It was clean and right off the highway. There was no free internet service. No continental breakfast, just some packages of pastries There were 4 different staff to deal with and all had accents that were difficult to understand.
I enjoyed my stay at Simple Rewards Inn. The staff were friendly. The room was incredibly clean. Snacks were available in the office. The property was conveniently located and close to shopping and walking trails.

Thank you for your time to write a review. This is the simplest motel on the island with simple rooms and rewards .There is Jarvis Creek Park within the walking distance and Coastal discovery museum is closely for kids.

The hotel was built in 1988 and is an exterior corridor hotel with three stories. Expedia customer care person or hotel front desk person would have helped you find a newer hotel with more amenities if you would have asked. Our focus is on Simplicity. Thank you for your feedback.
