The staffs attitude at check left much to be desired. If they had online check in it would help to avoid staff whose customer service is lacking. Overall the property is clean quiet and roomy.

This was an avaerage property
Property is nice but small. The pool area could be maintained a little better. The staff at the front desk (we encountered 3 seperate female employees) that were rude. None were manning the desk, one in particular but was in the back room chatting on personal calls and we along with other guests had to wait for 5-10 mins at the desk until they came to the front.
We booked a room for one night due to our condo being double booked on our arrival day. The staff was welcoming and we were very surprised by how nice the room was. Especially, for the price. The room was spacious and so clean. We would definitely stay here again!
It was perfect! Had everything we needed for the weeks stay and we were incredibly comfortable.

The loft rooms are super nice, 2 bathrooms and extra space! Room was very clean, I did see two roaches but could have been to dampness and a lot or recent rain. Would not let that prevent me from staying there again. Good distance from the beach, but overall a 4.5 out of 5 for me!

The room was clean and comfortable. A detail I really appreciated was the AC air diverter which prevented the cold air from blowing directly on you. The pool was a bit small for the size of the place, but overall our stay was fine.
We only stayed a night, but it was lovely! Friendly staff, clean rooms, beautiful property. We will definitely return.
