The facility is in good overall repair. The accommodations were as listed, clean and comfortable. TIthe breakfast area was welk stocked and maintained. Overall it was an excellent value for the price paid.

I was very pleased with the hotel. I would definitely recommend it.

Nice place to stay, not too expensive, not too cheap. It was an enjoyable experience.

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms are a little out of date but I thought it was good for the price. I would have loved to of had some type of protein with the breakfast (one type of meat, a boiled egg, or something). There's plenty of parking and the staff were all very friendly. We needed to split the payment 3 ways and they had no problem doing this.

Mattress low quality & aged. Performing major maintenance in evening hours - banging clanking etc Decor & furnishings from the 80’s. Shower water control broken - guessing game for hot, which took a while to reach the room. No cooked breakfast items - with an upcharge. More like a motel 6 with large room @ double the price.

The pool and hot tub were excellent. Could not receive cell phone calls or texts in our room. We never got your offer from concierge until we left your hotel. The internet worked ok. Breakfast was good. We will stay with you again someday.

Very nice staff. Great breakfast. The hotel is in a great location.

We found a good price for this suite compared to a VRBO condo with the outrageous cleaning fees. We made good use of the fridge, cookware, and stove. Everything in the kitchen was very clean.

Breakfast was limited to pastries. Room smelled. Felt itchy. Should have paid the money to stay elsewhere. Got a text to attend a presentation for time share the morning we left. Check in area was being renovated, so they had tables set up in the hallway of a conference room. Did have nice appliances, but would not stay here again. Forgot phone charger and could not contact the hotel directly to inquire about it - got sent to reservation phone center and then passed on to housekeeping who's mailbox was full. Gave up.

Love the location, can't wait for the rehab! Several features screamed that it was dated (mainly decor, bed linens, sofa, etc.). Wish we had known they don't provide dawn/Palmolive for dishes, we would've brought out iwn

Rooms are very spacious. Love the full size fridge, table, bar area, & living room area.

Enjoyed our stay, the room was nice and roomy. Centrally located on 278.

I've been going to Hilton Head for over 20 years. I've never seen or heard of this hotel before. I only needed one night stay and I had to book this hotel due to another one cancelling on me last minute due to the hurricane that came through the island. The hotel was a pleasant surprise. Clean, great location and the staff worked with us when we needed to check out late due to unforeseen circumstances. Great price and overall good place to stay

We only stayed one night. Sheets a little scratchy. AC unit very noisy. Room very spacious nicely designed. Free wifi parking continental bkfst offered but breakfast area could be a little larger good coffee! Front desk very nice and helpful.

Great stay. Clean hotel, and very spacious rooms. Located close to the beach and stores whatever you are looking for. Will definitely be coming back.

We will never return here! Needs major repair and updates! Breakfast was less than satisfactory!

Stayed one night on the way to a cabin in North Georgia for our Honeymoon. We had never traveled with our 2 dogs before, and they had never experienced a hotel stay. The staff was very accommodating and the rooms were beautiful. We were able to cook dinner in the room and not have to leave the pups behind. The hotel was very quiet and they had a great dog walking area out back, complete with pick up stations. Probably the most comfortable hotel pillows I had ever used and the full kitchen had all the utensils we needed. Great continental breakfast as well. Very low pet fee compared to most hotels in the Savannah/Hilton Head area

Very nice room. The walls were very thin. We heard every "f-bomb" from our neighbor. Staff was very courteous. Television signal was out in room, maintenance was quick and friendly.

Everything was great with the exception of having the exercise room on the outside instead of within. I was surprised but pleased they served Starbucks coffee as complimentary Even though there breakfast was continental ,it was beautiful displayed and the choices was plentiful.(not your regular donuts and coffee thing) The hotel is very nice and clean, price very reasonable and in the center of everything!
