It’s an excellent hotel with fantastic food/ beach/pools/and I really loved the quiet steam/ sauna The hot tubs were hot. I don’t like warm

The above rating reflects my experience and was based on the interaction with the staff, bug I wound on my pillow that looks like bed bug. The Pillows are very old and VERY uncomfortable, worst I have ever seen in a hotel including other Marriott hotels. The location of the hotel and the surrounding are very nice but that does not make up the the quatliy of the notel.

We chose this hotel again because our first visit was wonderful. Unfortunately, this stay was very disappointing. Upon checking in we found out that two of the elevators were not working and we were giving the option to use the stairs ot wait for the service elevators. I am not high maintenance so the stairs worked out OK. What was the tipping point was at one point the hotel lost power and was running on emergency generators. We were unable to get any food or drinks on the property because everything was down due to no power. Our room lost electricity and AC was also so out. Finally, after 8 pm we got power back. Our shower wasn’t draining and the weather stripping on the door was half off. We called for repairs but no one ever came to fix things. I am not sure what else happened but, there was water dripping from the ceiling and pieces of ceiling lying on the 3rd floor hallway near the elevators. We were given a small credit for our stay as compensation. I do have to say the staff in all areas were wonderful and made a bad experience tolerable. This is such a great location and I hope Marriott gets it together.

Nice stay. Hotel is amazing, clean, with entertainment and great staff. The pool could be a little bit more clean but it was a great experience. I will definitely come back even when the weather gets a little colder.

Wonderful hotel! Did a girls night there with my 4 year old and she had a blast! Beautiful property and staff was very accommodating, especially the valet guys! We left multiple things in the car and they got them for us with smiles.

We seen dolfins, sharks, sting rays, and jelly fish in the ocean. Beautiful sunset you can walk to the ice from the hotel in minutes

What an absolute waste of money. Room was dirty, bathroom sink had a leak that kept us up all night! Horrible black liquid came up several times in sink for no reason at all! Staff was told but did not do anything. I wish I could go back in time and avoid terrible decision to stay at this property.

What I didn't like arrive on site had spa appointment nobody to do treatments, men locker room problem with sauna and steam room. only thing that save you was the spa manager. Had problems with business center nobody could fix only way to work it was to use your own C.C . and not charge it to your room

All of the Staff we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful -- top notch customer service. The property was amazing and parking was easy and plentiful.

Bad experience, noisey neighbor couldnt sleep. Door lock malfunctioned. Would not close or lock. We had to check-out early.

The property is very nice..... I would have expected some sort of complimentary breakfast to be included.

Liked hotel very much. Breakfast was good but expensive. $20. For 2 eggs ham toast is a lot $5.00 for coffee

Nice stay. Hotel is amazing, clean, with entertainment and great staff. The pool could be a little bit more clean but it was a great experience. I will definitely come back even when the weather gets a little colder.
