Hilton Head Marriott Resort & Spa

Room was clean however air conditioning wasn’t working as it should which caused room to feel clammy and musky. Would definitely try another hotel next time around. Staff was great otherwise. Hotel needs a much needed update.

Great time in Hilton Head. Employees of the hotel were very nice and accommodating. Hotel looks tired. Needs to be refreshed. Hotel location was excellent. Beach was beautiful.

There are traces of mold all over the lobby. The hotel smells. It rained two days after we got there and it leaked in the main and lower lobbies. However, the worst part was when we tried to air out our room after arrival, the humidity made the marble entryway into a sheet of "ice" where everyone slid. It was treacherous, as were parts of the marble floored lobby. Do not go there if one has any mold issues or chemical sensitivities. We left on the third day instead of staying a week. They were very nice about our early departure though.

This was an awesome hotel but the bed was to soft, just a personal preference. Our overall experience was very relaxing, we picked a perfect time to stay.

On the beach, bed was great. Spring for the ocean view, balcony is great.

Wonderful experience! Great views. I would go back tomorrow.

Overall great experience! Staff was friendly and helpful. Great for family's, on the beach, big plus. My only compliant water bugs everywhere. We didn't enjoy siting in the oceanfront balcony at night with water bugs running by, even in the bathroom. They definitely need an exterminator. I would go back again

My husband, two kids and I traveled here last minute for a quick 4-night stay before school starts back and we had a fantastic time! I picked this hotel because it has direct beach access. Resort was in a good location, room was clean and amenities were nice. Service was also great poolside as well as the breakfast buffet was nice each morning. We will definitely return!

The hotel has a great location right on the beach, with a great pool and lounging areas. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The self park is attached to the hotel and easy to use. The only possible complaint is the resort fee of $20/day but it is very common..

was in the area for savannah half marathon. travel to and from was more than would have been ideal, but otherwise good. beach was easily accessible from hotel. had an oceanview room, so was able to sleep with balcony door open and hear the water all night. pool was a great length for lap swim. just wish this had been closer to savannah.

Loved location. Late check out was given quickly. Only complaint-when checking in since I was carrying my own luggage I was told to park my car immediately after checking in and before going to my room. The parking is quite a distance from hotel and uphill. It would have been nice to be able to leave my car in front long enough to unload my luggage.

great hotel on the beach, wonderful place to stay.

Checked in was easy. The beach side pool was awesome as well as the lobby restaurant and bars, I would highly recommend this resort l

You cannot beat the location of this resort and the staff was fantastic and very helpful. The room was big, very clean, and very nice. However, the water pressure of the shower was horrible, at times being little more than a trickle. Also, we had to ask to get our room cleaned even though we were out of the room for most of the day but they came right up and cleaned our room immediately after asking. The resort had two restaurants, a cafe, a lounge and a tiki bar out by the pool, all were very nice but they had weird hours. The tiki bar closed at 7pm so if you want a night cap ocean-side this is not the place to do it but the bar inside was open until 11 I believe. Overall, it was great trip and would definitely stay here again but I would recommend spending extra money on the oceanview because the resort view is not something I would want to look at for more than two nights.

great place great service great place for kids to play and have fun un fun fun aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

The hotel ambience is very nice looking forward to return in the warmer weather.

great staff good service. pluming was little loud .l had a great time.

The hotel was nice. View of ocean was poor. I didn't like the hidden cost of about $145 at the time of checkout.

The location of the hotel could not be better. The room is clean, and the staff are friendly. However, the wireless internet connection is very poor. I can not get good signals in my room. I have to stand near the door to get any signal at all.

Hotel was as expected and in a very good location. Beach was beautiful. Only ate in the outdoor cafe and around the pool area, but the food and service were excellent at both. Only downside, not much going on after dark. Would be a great hotel for families with pre-teen children.

Thank you for choosing our hotel and for reviewing your visit. We are pleased you enjoyed our great hospitality and beach location. However, we agree there are areas of the hotel which are beginning to show their age. We will share your feedback with the people in our organization who are responsible for formulating plans for future renovations. We hope to have another opportunity to welcome you back soon! Thank you, J Owens Director of Rooms
