Pool too cold no towel and I have to call so they can give towel no good also they did not clean my room.
I purchased the room for business travel, thinking it would add convenience. I was met with a large number of tractor trailers in the parking lot, forcing me to park in the back corner of the parking lot. This location is not convenient to local attractions, unless you are attracted to truck drivers. The room was dated, carpet ripped, cabinetry repaired from what appeared to be a bar fight. The non-smoking room reeked like a 1970's airport lounge. The refrigerated trailers outside droned loudly all night, which was annoying until I went to sleep... It helped to drown out the sirens and loud exhausts of the expressway located 14 feet from my window. The fitness room is held together with duct tape, and the heaviest dumbbell available was a hefty 7.5 pounds. Breakfast was adequate, but the juice was nasty 0 juice. I paid good money, 166.00 for a room that was a value for 70.00..... Maybe. I will be staying at a hotel nearby next time. I won't mention names but it rhymes with Rob Bulah's. If I ever decide to cheat on my wife with a 10 dollar woman of the night, it will be at this establishment.
GOOD LOCATION, NICE STAFF AND GREAT BREAKFAST MAKING IT AN EXCELLENT HOTEL TO STAY AT FOR OUR VACATION. WE LOVE THIS HOTEL
I booked this hotel with my friends for our stay while we were in Miami for Ultra Music Festival and it was great, close to shopping centers and close to the highway to get around. Overall a great stay!
Great experience. Staff very friendly. Convenient location.
I JUST LOVE THIS HOTEL AND MY KIDS ENJOYED OUR STAY. THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL
THE HOTEL WAS DIRT AND DISGUSTINGLY WE ARRIVE AT 3PM THE ROOM WERE TILL NOT DONE. THEY HAD DIRT LINEN ON THE HALL WAY .THE CLEAN MAN WENT WITH USE WITH A CART FULL OF LINENS IN THE ELEVATOR HE SAID HE NEED TO GET UP STAIR.
We have stayed here a few times and always find the staff to be nice and try to assist as much as possible. The breakfast is always good and the rooms clean. It was a very busy weekend for the July 4th holiday and we still were treated as if we were the only guests there and my son loved the pool. Will continue to stay here when we are in the area.
I found this hotel to be the perfect location near all highways. Close vicinity to many attractions. Staff was very friendly. My room and bathroom was cleaned everyday that was key for me. Dining area for complimentary breakfast was well kept. Staff in that area was beyond exceptional. The foods offered were readily available and the staff just kept replacing the needed items. You don't even get that at the all you can eat venues.
Not a fancy location, but it provides very easy driving access to the Palmetto Expressway and it is within walking distance from several fast-food restaurants and convenience stores. Stayed a total of three nights (Mon-Wed). Room was clean. Overall, a decent value for money. Only major problem was encountered on Night 1. Parking area for semi-trailers was full and management had allowed a refrigerated trailer truck to park in the regular car parking lot, directly outside my 4th floor room window. Engine was idling in high RPM all night long and the noise level was very annoying.
Estaba muy comoda la cama, sin embargo, la alfombra y el aire acondicionado no estaban muy limpios. A mi esposo le dio alergia. El desayuno es superior a otros hoteles que hemos ido. Estaba bien completo.
The location is just at the exit of 836 highway. You can easily go to the place you want by driving. But during traffic hours, driving in Miami is terrible. The hotel facility and service is OK. The only problem is most of staff they do not speak English...And there is a subtle smell in the room, I think it's because the building is old and the climate in Miami is too wet.
staff made me feel welcome.and helpfull. smel clen and was clean
Hotel was decent, but in a bad part of town. We would not stay there again.
We only needed a room for one night and the price point was what we were looking to spend. It was an average hotel. If you are looking for short stay this would be the place.
Reasonable price! Location perfect for us! Free breakfast was a plus!
CLEAN ROOMS AND PEOPLE IN THE HOTEL AND FRONT DESK VERY HELPFULL
1. Holiday Inn Express has turned things around. 2. Clean hotel room and toilet. 3. Good decor. 4. Good breakfast. 5. Good internet connection. 6. Old style tube TV. Need to replace it with flat screen or LCD TV.
