All was good exact the parking was very expensive. The hotel was very pricy but worth the money. But paying $70 per night for a parking it is ridicules. Also to rent a cabana on the beach was $1500 which is insane .

My wife and I always enjoy our stay here whenever we vacation in Miami. I like that we are on the beach and the hotel has everything that we need. The staff is friendly and always welcoming. We will continue to choose this hotel whenever we visit Miami.

Stay away from this property. It’s very old and run down, forget all the history of the place. Terrible service and management is garbage. We had didn’t have hot water and had to switch rooms at 3am after it taking them nearly 3 hours to figure out what to do. Promised me a night refund but ended up giving $200 credit. Now I have to dispute it. Complete garbage.

My AC was broken, some of the staff is rude, the room was outdated.

Was not a good experience at all. Booked this resort through Orbitz but was hit with $600 in extra fees when checking into the room. Our room was not serviced for 2/3 days of stay. When I called and asked why they told me it was an additional fee. Then on the third day our room was serviced for no cost. We didn’t get the room we booked and was told, “ here’s an upgraded room”. The room wasn’t an upgrade at all. We were missing the hot tub that was supposed to be in the room and also have a ocean view. We had a view of the street and all the many accidents that almost occurred. My final issue is with the overpriced food items at the restaurant. They charged me $6 for a can of pop. And no other restaurant around was charging us like that. I would really like something to be done. Long story short be careful booking through a second or third party. Was not a good experience
