Within a short walk there are a variety of restaurants and eateries, a theatre, a cinema, a golf course and a leisure centre with a pool and ten-pin bowling alley. For guests who enjoy a day at the races, Hexham Racecourse is within a short drive away and has a packed calendar all year round.
