Our telephone did not work. The staff check it and said there was a problem with the phone jack and they would take care of it. During our stay it was not. Our shower facet leaked and wet the bathroom floor. Our referigerator in the room did not work properly and it made a terrible sound that at night it would wake me up. For breakfast, there was no cafferine free coffee and no lids for the coffee cups to take up to our room.
All good
The AC unit in our room did not work properly. The room was very warm and we wanted the AC on to cool the room down and it would only blow HOT air. So we opened the window for bit to cool the room down and just turned the unit off.
The only two things I liked about this Ramada was its location and price. I would have added the full breakfast service to the "like" category until I saw a dead cockroach in the breakfast dining area. Dislikes were the dirtiness of the room upon arrival. Hair in the sink and floor was not vacuumed. No bath mat was supplied. Air conditioning was running when I arrived, however the humidity in the room did not go away the entire 3 night stay. All the soft surfaces absorbed the moisture (furniture and bedding). Exhaust fan was extremely loud and was useless. The final dislike was the fore mentioned dead cockroach in the breakfast dining area.
Ramada should shut this property down. We stayed here because my father-in-law was at Hillcrestmedical center on life support - dying. All we wanted was a clean, safe place to lay our heads. Instead, we had to change rooms three times to got one with working air conditioning, and then it didn’t have a shower curtain. Simple ask right? Mind you, withe the exception being “Rose” the night manager, the employees were rude, non existent, unresponsive (refused to answer the phone (when the room phone even worked), and could care less about the guests, as shown in the sorry state of the rooms and overall property. On top of that, the entire property smells like urine. Miserable stay to say the least! Avoid at all costs!
I don’t recommend this hotel at all!!
Spa not working. Breakfast ends to early. Handicapped room was all the way down the hall. Went to use side door so walk would be less and it was lock. No access.
Clearly old and needs fundamental improvements and a face lift. Staff was nice but conditions overall were dirty and unsightly.
Check in desk lady was great. Everything was clean. We picked this place because of the indoor pool and spa , pics were nice. Pool was freezing. Spa was not working. Warm but very green water. No jets. Bed was nice and comfy. Pillows were not. Chunks of foam. 😏
Average... and a bit expensive for what you get... it has rates for a 5 star when it is 2 stars
It was convenient to the church we wanted to attend. The pillows needed to be replaced, the room was clean, the tissues were like cardboard. The breakfast available was not that good, not much fresh fruit. The coffee was just ok. NO fresh cream, for coffee. Front desk staff was very pleasant.
There was no plastic cups in the room in the electricity kept going off and on several times
It is a very nice and well-maintained hotel . The staff was helpful and the rooms are spacious .
The roof leaked and there was a hole in the ceiling. It smelled like mold/ mildew. There was hardly any breakfast. The hotel needs to be renovated. It was dark and looked dingy.
This was the only hotel I found that had available 2 room suites in the area for the night I stayed. Staff was kind of dry for check-in.
Easy access to city and hwy. dirty rooms. Beer can between bed and night table. Dirty bathroom mirror. Looked like blood stain on side of mattress and down the window curtain. Stains on chair and ottoman. Lamp shades power outlets did not work. Good selection of tv channels, fridge works. Room 309.
Stayed here one night on vacation. Room was comfortable. Not to far of a drive from Magnolia Market. Price was good.

Dear August, Thank you for your time to write this review, I apologize for this bad experience. I am very disappointed to hear that breakfast service area and housekeeping staff did not meet your expectations. Your remarks are well noted and I personally will make every effort to remove all shortcomings as soon as possible. We will try the next time to be more than expected.
