Hotel looked nice. Staff was friendly and room was nice. I thought the swimming pool was cold but it didn't stop the kids from swimming (we also only went after dark). Hot tub was amazing. Nice selection for breakfast.

Desk clerk was friendly, helpful and welcoming

The property was decent, although aging. The room was very clean, though.

Breakfast was a little disappointing A/C worked great Hot water was good

The hotel was nice but I woke up the next morning with bed bug bites. I now have to disinfect all my luggage, clothes and tools . Tried to call hotel about the issue but could not get anyone to answer phone.

I don’t know if they freshly cleaned the carpet, but our entire rooms carpet was wet. We didn’t access our room until 11:30 pm and checked in at 4.

It was obvious from the moment I walked in this hotel was clean. It is appealing to the sight and smell. I can't say too much I went to my room which was very close from the front desk and left the next morning without trying out the breakfast or using any of the other amenities. But the room was very clean and comfy.

Clean room, polite staff, solid breakfast. Thumbs up.

Mr. Harsh, Bed bugs are a very serious issue we do not take it lightly here at the Rodeway Inn and Suites in Hesston, KS. This is not a subject to be taken lightly and one that is acted on immediately. Although we have our hotel inspected regularly for any evidence of bed bugs by a Pest Control Company, we also follow up immediately on any guest concern with our Pest Control Company. We appreciate and are thankful for the concern and awareness of our travelers which would enable us to eliminate a problem immediately should it arise. We will continue to immediately act on even the slightest concern of any of our guests in this serious matter. We will also continue to support the findings of the professionals we hire to handle any pest control situations.
