If you bring the large luggage’s and the older people, not recommend to stay. Need up stairs to 3rd floor with luggage
PRETTY GOOD
This is, like many hotels in the area, in an older building. The halls are a bit labyrenthtine and the room was VERY small. However, we were quite happy as it was as expected and met our needs. It is yards from Kings Cross station. The staff was very friendly. For our needs, great. But if one has mobility issues, it would be problematic.
Easy access to public transportation and hop on/off buses. Loved the complementary cold water in the room - they kindly gave us more for our party of four.
Top notch location to Kings Cross metro. Note that this is not a large chain Premier Inn hotel, so the lower price and amenities are warranted.
Small room but clean and comfortable enough for my quick overnight stay.
Crestfield Hotel was reasonably priced and conveniently located for my purposes.
I like the hotel and the people there. I would recommend it. Do a simple takeaway breakfast for your guests. I also urge you to select a different car service for your departing guests.
The staff is excellent! Have stayed here twice and will stay here again. We like the location to Kings Cross as well. Space under the beds for luggage to be stored. Beds are decent. For improvements, they added in room water, which was nice. Refills were available as needed. What could be improved: Having an in room mini fridge would be extremely useful, as well as a microwave in a general area for use. The breakfast is okay. In London a proper English breakfast is nice to have, but not an option at the Crestfield. No onsite laundry - having a few washers/dryers for customers to use would be extremely nice. Being a futbal fan, having the futbal channel on the television would also be nice, but I understand that is a high cost for the channel.
The location was great, it is right by King's Cross. Room was good.
The front desk staff was particularly friendly and helpful when checking in and during our stay.
The location being so close to St. Pancras station is very convenient and there are many eateries around. The room is cozy but clean and comfortable. The bedding is good. The complimentary breakfast is quite sufficient. Overall, a good place for a night stopover before or after a train trip.
One word to describe this hotel: small. Small room, bathroom is very small, shower room is extremely small, even beds are small. But it is clean and quiet. Location is good, close to train and underground and bus stations.
The hotel is very close to Kings Cross Station, which was super convenient. Lots of food options nearby. The staff were helpful and super nice, and the room was decent. The beds were more comfortable than most, and there was space under the beds to store large suitcases. What could have made it better? Having a small fridge in the room would have been useful, and if they could get the local sports channels as an option to watch football (soccer). Otherwise, our stay was pleasant and we would stay here again.
Loved this hotel! Great location to the tube and close to a number of sights. The hotel was clean, incredibly charming, the staff were very helpful and nice. I will absolutely stay there again.
