Just stayed the 1 night for a concert at Wembley, easy to get to and just a short walk from the train station. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room clean and bed very comfortable. Breakfast the following morning very good, would be happy to stay again.

Hotel in the center. All shops and other necessary/important buildings are not far away. Transportation from/to the hotel is excellent. With a train it is possible to reach London in 40 minutes. To the others, I wish a good stay there.

We stayed in Jury's Watford whilst visiting London and the Warner Bro Studios. Fantastic location, quick, easy and reasonably priced transport to the heart of London and to the studios as it is only a short walk from the train station. The hotel staff were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating and the room was brilliant, spacious and very clean. Happy customer.

Great reception seroand followed through with good refurbished ros. Bar service gootNd good recommendation for the dinner Breakfast is very good at this Jurys Inn and a full selection offered Great to see the team organising fund raising for the re ent disastrous

Wonderful stay with my mom on our night away. Excellent location to Watford junction and town centre. Highly recommended if doing Harry potter tour due to location. Clean. Friendly. Lovely hotel. Breakfast was lovely with a good to cater for everyone. No complaints other than the evening menu didn't suit our tastes but that's just personal preference. Didn't actually end up staying in the hotel for dinner so can't comment on actual food

Excellent hotel spoilt by a member of staff saying the restaurant had closed early because there was a problem. We were told it would be open until 10 pm but when we arrived after a full days travel at 9.05 it was closed. Our meal is included in our package meaning we had to go out and find somewhere to eat locally (and pay for it) . I questioned if the kitchen would be ok for breakfast and told 'of Course' . A colleague told me the following day that they heard a member of staff say it was closing early the night before because it was quiet . (Discovered this after we had left the hotel ) VERY disappointed that they felt the need to LIE to us? Thankfully I was not alone as I would not have been happy going out late at night to find food!! Otherwise a lovely friendly hotel which we use in a regular basis .

Check in was efficient with helpful staff who sorted out a small problem of my own making quickly and cheerfully. Hotel is easy to find by car and although it has very limited parking on site the hotel offers special rates in a nearby car park with validation of the ticket, I chose Watford because central London hotels have no parking facilities. Large room was very clean and well maintained with a comfortable bed, with good quality bed linen. Bathroom was good size with bath/shower, shower had good pressure, and quality towels. Room facilities include large TV, tea/coffee making facility and air con. Wi-fi available in rooms, reception was good. The good quality blackout curtains was a plus as far as I am concerned. The hotel has a bar and a restaurant, good breakfast with a good choice buffet selection at a reasonable price, pre-booked is slightly cheaper. The hotel is well situated, a 10 minute walk to the town center for shops or nightlife and 15 minutes up the road the hotel is on to Watford Junction Station with regular trains to London, so hotel room to center London in less than 1 hour, trains back run till late. All together a good stay in a very clean efficiently run hotel with helpful and friendly staff.

We booked our stay at Jurys Inn Watford as a getaway to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary. The main reason we chose Jury's Inn was because we had received a Jury's Inn gift voucher and thought it would be a good opportunity to use it. My main complaint about our booking was the fact we booked through It seems there is a major problem with communication either between and Jury's Inn or else within the Jury's Inn itself. When I made our booking I asked if I could redeem our voucher. Initially the correspondence was very good and we were told we could use our voucher. Then there was an issue with the card details we'd given so when I spoke to Jury's Inn on the phone I was told in fact we couldnt use the voucher. During this phone call I was also told another room had been booked under my name and bank details. This was very unsettling as I did not make that booking. The gentleman on the phone was very good and cancelled the second booking. I emailed Jury's Inn after this to express my concerns that a booking had been made with my details without my consent. I didn't receive a response, again possibly an issue with communication. We arrived after 11am and only realised then that check in was at 2pm. We decided we'd have some lunch to pass the time which was very good, aside from a minor mix up with our order which was quickly rectified. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. After our lunch around 12 we decided to see if we could check in early, which we could. Being our anniversary Id contacted Jury's Inn ahead of our arrival (through to ask if a bottle of prosecco could be put in our room for our arrival. I received a response saying they would be happy to do so complementary and also would have the kitchen make a small cake for us. This was very unexpected and very kind I thought so we were excited to get into our room and relax with a glass of prosecco after a long morning. However on our arrival there was no prosecco. Again, perhaps an issue with communication. Not a major issue, but put a slight dampner on the beginning of our weekend as we'd been looking forward to what would have been a nice touch. Aside from those small issues we had a lovely stay. Our room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast buffet was lovely with a good selection and the staff as I said are very friendly. The Jury's Inn is located within walking distance of the train station where you can get a bus to the Harry Potter studios or a train into central London for sightseeing. We didn't go far into Watford but did go to a very good all you can eat buffet which had food from all over the world. We also found a lovely little pub not far from the train station. All in all apart from a few minor issues we had a great stay. My main piece of advice would be to book directly with the Jury's inn rather than through if you think you will need to contact them for any reason.

Ideal location to stay to visit Harry Potter studios impressed with the hotel just a pity about the parking if you are not that agile staff helpful room very comfortable could do with menu for restaurant in room

Loely comfortable clean hotel. Room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good and a good selection of food. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definately stay in a Jurys Inn again.
