Stayed in room 128 for 1 night while down for England vs Germany. Room itself is nice with plenty of space. Bed was comfy and overall nice place to sleep. However in the bathroom, the toilet flusher was broken so didn't flush properly & Sink plug was stuck almost fully closed. Lovely breakfast as well. Would defo stay again :D

I haven't written a positive tripadvisor review in a while so I am glad it's finally come to this. I recently stayed at this hotel for my birthday (2nd November for 1 night). I booked through a third party website even though i'm a hilton member as it was a bit cheaper. I messaged the hotel to ask if they could ensure i had a bathtub in my room as I was staying for my birthday and wanted to use my bathbomb! The manager responded saying he had made a note as I had also requested a late check out and as I was staying for my birthday he had upgraded me to a junior suite. I did not ask for this and the hotel is amazing to do this for nothing extra. The staff were so polite and friendly on check in and my hilton honours number was taken so i got free wifi. The room was very spacious (521 i think) and the bed was really comfy. The TV was MASSIVE which made it enjoyable to watch films. It is a shame that the hotel does not have a pool most Hilton's do and I was looking forward to having a dip but it only has a gym. If you don't fancy paying for Hilton brekfast or evening meal there is a toby carvery right next door so you can walk there and have breakfast or a carvery! In a great location for the harry potter studio tour which we did, there is also a vue cinema not far down the road (all driving distance though not walking) Car parking was good at the hotel and I can't fault it at all. Thank you to the staff for wishing me a happy birthday and for being so damn lovely!

This hotel is very basic, the rooms are even more basic, old damp carpets that smell and takes a long time to get to your room down long corridors and passages. One little to reception and one miles away to car park. The basic but good breakfast ( with some fruit a little bubble and omelets made with limited care for vegetarians or thoes who don’t feel like a pice meat slipped ) The staff friendly and helpful service are what helps you over look the dingy, tired old and decrepit hotel somewhat. It seems they know the hotel is rundown but try thier very best to make up for it.

Checked in on a quiet Sunday evening. Receptionist was brilliant. Hannah? Very professional. Room clean and had everything in it you needed. Wi-fi good. Had room service. Quick and tasty. They forgot my beer but went back for it. Didn’t have breakfast. Only down side is I didn’t like the pillows. Personal thing maybe?

The great thing about this hotel is its situation. It’s equidistant between London and Norwich. That’s the genius of its location. There's never any graffiti in the hotel. Although in the gents a couple of weeks ago I did see that someone had drawn a ladies part. It was quite detailed. The guy obviously had talent, that’s the tragedy.

Enjoyed my stay from start to finish. Breakfast was full of choice and variety. Made to feel extremely welcome and much effort was made in making my stay comfortable. Gave five stars due to the special attention given during the while process.

Very impressed with the hotel and staff couldn’t be more helpful. Food was lovely and very impressed with the breakfast, lots to choose from. Room was lovely and spacious, 4 of us stayed and we weren’t on top of each other. Only downside of the hotel was that drinks were very expensive but apart from that, couldn’t fault the hotel at all. Lovely couple of days break. Couldn’t thank the breakfast girls Paula and Rosie enough for looking after us and making sure we were all ok.

The hotel is very nice. Good size room. Beds are a little average. Not the most comfortable. But for quality of service you can’t beat it. Lovely facilities and restaurant. Very good decor. And the staff. You cannot beat them.

No problems with this hotel or our stay, staff are friendly & very clean rooms. Highly recommend. Location is easily accessible from motorway, we visited Harry Potter Studio so wasn’t too far to travel.

Stayed with family for one night great service on arrival. Changed rooms as they were on separate floors. Rooms were good standard. No air con, but heating by radiator. And small fan to cool. Comfortable nights sleep. Breakfast was excellent including staff.
