Beautiful resort and very friendly/helpful staff. I would recommend this hotel and I will probably go back!! There is so much to do at the hotel and if you want to book an adventure off site the staff is so accommodating. The beach is pretty but very rocky, so don’t expect white sand beach here.

Room was terrible and false advertisement as the room for 4 ppl was too small to even walk around. They use a long chair as a 4th bed, and when I called to help they informed me the are fully booked. Airconditioning also went out for 1 1/2 days. Staff is pleasant, food is good, pool bars have cheap local liquor which is unbearably disgusting. Inside bars are decent for drinks. Hotel is clean ....but overall not a 5 Star resort, we will not return to this hotel due to the inability to assist us when we needed it.. everytime. Stayed 10 days and with two kids.
Nice hotel with beach right across the street. Comfortable loungers. Helpful and friendly staff. Food is generally good, except for sushi. Night entertainment is mostly cheesy. Beds are not very comfortable. Champagne lounge was quite pleasant. Spa experience was mediocre. Generally enjoyable, relaxing, kid friendly. Somewhat hard to find.
Great stay overall, the only downside for us was that this hotel seemed to be geared towards people over 50 or with young kids as the nighttime entertainment was lacking. This wasn't a huge issue for us as we took a taxi to the nightlife and partied until the sun came up. Taxi ride was only 8 Euro each way. Otherwise food at the resort was great, loved the different food options. The staff was very friendly and remembered us each time we would see them. Very pleasant experience. Would go back again or try another Mitsis hotel.
I went to the Mitsis Laguana Resort and Spa for my honeymoon. I enjoyed many aspects of the Resort. The staff was excellent, friendly, and the service was unmatched. The amenities are excellent. They have everything that you could want in a beach resort. The food was above average. However, it lacked flavor. I was hoping for more flavors and spices in the food, but I believe the food was purposesly bland to cater to such a variety of people. The evening entertainment needs to be improved. I attended some of the animation events and was not impressed. However, I felt that the overal experience was excellent and I would recomend the hotel to those wanting to attend a resort.
