Great spot if you need a place to put your stuff down or get some sleep. There was stains on the carpet and on the bed cover. Everything else was fine, working ice machines, coke machine, friendly staff, smoking or non smoking.

This place was absolutely terrible. I’ve never seen carpet so dirty in my life. Although the rooms said non smoking upon walking in all you could smell was mildew and smoke. We ultimately went to Walgreens for Lysol, febreeze, Clorox, and candles to help out with the smell. There were old burns in the bedding, ants everywhere in the room. Fridge leaked water everywhere and it was in a very shady neighborhood. We were even harassed by a drunk in the parking lot for where we parked. Pool was absolutely disgusting as well as room for pool and outdoor area. I felt unsafe taking my daughter to the pool alone which was sad bc that’s what she looked forward to most. Definitely never booking with super 8 again and possibly not even Wyndham. Also no breakfast although it states free breakfast and at the desk they said due to covid buffet was closed but they would have grab bags but the mornings we asked they had none. Shower was also terrible to bc knob was put on wrong and all lettering rubbed off? Only positive was no bedbugs (that we noticed) thankfully.
I stayed here when traveling from pigeon forge to Memphis. The staff was helpful and pleasant throughout our stay. Our rooms were clean but in need of some updating. There were times the bathroom light would not turn in unless you reset the outlet in the adjacent room’s outlet. The carpet was worn but very clean. The paint was strained and chipped off in areas on the inside and outside of the hotel. The children loved the pool! The connection between the indoor and outdoor swimming area really appealed to them and made the stay memorable.

I didn’t like the fact that there is a lot of prostitution and solicitation going on there so I would definitely not bring a child there. My bathroom was not very clean either. Won’t be going back.
Bed was comfortable. Room not stocked properly but clerk took care of that. Breakfast is carbs only. We went to nearby Kroger and added microwave stuff. You get what you pay for. We didn’t use the pool so can’t speak to that. Lots of restaurants nearby including delivery options. Hotel is badly in need of repairs. Our room door did not close properly and big air gap (it was cold). Check in and out was easy. We were spending our time at hospital next door so place to sleep was all we needed.
We chose this hotel due to it's high rating; however, it failed to deliver on any expectations. Within an hour of checking in, we found water pouring into our bathroom from the room above us. When we tried to call the front desk, we found the phone didn't work at all. While the hotel staff moved us to a new room, this one had a broken clock/alarm. Breakfast consisted of only biscuits and gravy and waffles - we don't ask for much but healthy options like fruit and oatmeal are must-haves in our book. We will not be staying here again.
Check in staff were helpful, check out staff were surly. Breakfast was fine. Cleaning staff were friendly and kind. There was a gap between the doorjamb and door through which wind blew and sunlight shone. The bed was comfortable.
We helped our niece move and needed a place close by to stay. Rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly

Hotel was comfortable, rooms recently updated, but outside in need of a facelift. Pool was clean (if cold), but pool area needed a good scrubbing. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We booked 2 room online, but they gave others just because we have same last name. When we arrived it, they told us that there were no room here. And the staff in the hotel had very terrible attitude. Bad exp!!!
Worst breakfast bar ever. I think they were afraid someone would eat something as they would only put out one or two items at a time
