From the staff, to the facility, to the nightly rate we paid....I have to give this place, overall, 5 stars!

Hotel staff were wonderful. The hotel was close to Nashville, but cheaper than staying in Nashville. The room had areas that needed repair, but nothing real major other than a toilet that was not seated properly. For the 60 I paid per night, this was a good hotel.

More like a studio apartment with a fridge, sink, stovetop and everything. The only thing is that the door cards were real finicky, the wifi didnt work, and the toilet rocked side to side. Amazing deal on Orbitz and really friendly staff.

The room is plain but clean; comfortable beds, good towels, and necessary kitchen stuff. The fridge is large. The location and access are excellent for east Nashville (airport, Opryland, etc). The room coffee is barely tolerable but the rental price is very economical.

Do not expect much from this hotel. The rooms have not been updated in a very long time, and although you do get a 'kitchenette' do not expect much more. The staff is friendly, and accommodating. The clientele is very transient, and there were fights nightly in the hallways, children and families arguing loudly (the walls are very thin) and a lot of general mayhem. I caught someone breaking into a car (not mine, thank goodness) and I checked out 2 days early. There was no offer of a refund or any compensation. I would not stay at this hotel unless I had recently gotten out of prison or was previously homeless.

I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness, coziness and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Grocery store down the street, easy access to major highways. I would stay there again.

It was great! If you are female and traveling alone, this hotel looks out for its patrons.

Suite was spacious and clean. All necessities were provided. Hotel appears to be in the process of remodeling but the work was not intrusive. A great bargain for a week-long stay.

The stay here was good..a bit noisy than i like.but overall it was good.

I have stayed multiple times and haven't been disappointed. The price is unbeatable for what what your getting in a room. cable with flat screens, coffee pot, fridge, stove...Great for an extended stay...

I stayed in this hotel with my wife for 7 days , there are a very good and nice staff there.

I stayed 18 night it was a good place, and you can walk to Walgreen and other stores . Very close from I40 and from Airport

The remodeling looks great. Friendly staff. The only issue is I had to return home unexpectedly a day early. The hotel would not give me any refund due to after 1 pm. The timing was out of my control.

Hallway carpet very stained . Room was clean. Ten minutes from downtown.

Good location good prices Have stayed here a few times and is by far one of my favorite. Good location, good price, and has a coffee pot...

enjoyed the stay. but i thought this was a pet free hotel..i say dogs and cats

Price was good, good set up for longer stays,(full kitchen) WiFi is a little spotty but useable. Easy access to freeway..all in all it was comfortable and what I needed..it's a budget place, and wouldn't spend more than $50 a night as you could get something a little nicer.

Carpet in room filthy... Dirt crud along walls and baseboards. Shower nice. Bedspread had multiple cigarette burn holes. Over all bed comfortable. Location perfect to get around Nashville. Entire hotel reeks of cigarette smoke.

The first time I stayed at this hotel...it was clean. This time the room had a lot of dust bunny families. There was dirt and crud caked along the baseboard. The bedspread had numerous cigarette burn holes. I stay in smoke free rooms but when other guests smoke in the hallway that totally defeats a smoke free room. I love the location. Easy to access freeways and local businesses...

This is my second stay at this hotel. The location and staff is superb. Unfortunately my first stay was better. The room really needs some professional thorough cleaning. In the bathroom in the corners and all around the baseboards there was "CRUD" that looked quite nasty. I could have taken a screwdriver and pulled chunks of dirt and crud out. The bed was quite comfy but the bedspread had numerous cigarette burn holes. After showering when I walked on the carpet after a few moments the bottom if my feet were black...had to wash my feet again. The room air conditioning did not cool properly at all. Overall just needs major cleaning!!!
