    The property may have been nice at one time; however, it appears to be badly in need of renovation. When we booked our room, the pool was listed as an amenity, though I think this has since been removed, as the pool has been "closed for renovations" for several months (per the reviews). The room we booked boasted a king sized bed, Jacuzzi tub, and couch. Upon arrival, we quickly noticed the tub was not functional, the sheets on the bed were not clean (there was trash in them and they had spots/stains), and the phone did not work. There was mold under the sink and small holes in the ceiling of the bathroom. The couch had a disgusting, large stain on it. When we brought this to the attention of staff, we were basically told we got the king bed, and the tub just doesn't work in that room. We were provided clean sheets and blankets. We were, at first, told we could switch rooms for an extra $9 per night for a tub that worked and a smaller bed; however, we were then told we could not do so because we booked through a third party (Orbitz). The staff were pleasant enough, but basically were unable to do much about our complaints. At least there were no apparent insects or rodents! There was a free breakfast, which was largely cereal and small, hard pastries, and a waffle maker with waffle mix. The coffee was decent. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, but we made it work for the weekend. I would strongly recommend spending a little extra and staying elsewhere.

    It was a great stay. Robert the desk clerk was great. The wife and I thought the sheets felt great.

    My stay at this property was very disappointing. The man that checked me in was rude and the room I was given was horribly dirty and had no refrigerator, when asked about the refrigerator I was told only KING ROOMS had refrigerators. Next I explained that the friend that I was visiting was in a wheelchair and had no way of getting upstairs so i wanted to change to a bottom floor room,I was told that I he couldn't change my room. Later on there was another gentleman by the name of Dave that was at the front desk, I explained my situation to him and how about my room was changed in about 5 seconds....without an attitude. Low and behold, i was given a 1st floor double room WITH a refrigerator...Now why couldn't the 1st person be as helpful. Needles to say the next morning the 1st man was back and he was icy and rude, didn't even say good morning or anything to me and my fellow guests for the remaining of our stay... so over all, I would say without any hesitation that I will never visit that property again. I would elaborate on why I think person #1 was so rude but I will not stoop to his level of ignorance. Dave was the best thing that property has going on.
